Reliable, Dependent, First Class Service and Quality – Came out within 24hrs to do an estimate on some interior work I needed done, and actually scheduled me for the following day after I mentioned that the work was needed in order to get my house prepared to be placed on the market.
Work was completed on time with no issues whatsoever, and my house was left spotless without a trace of debris left behind.
This is the second time I have used Queen City Painting, and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know because they offer great service and high quality at a fair price.
Interior and exterior painting work – I had them do my interior painting along with some exterior painting on a few outside doors. The work was done precisely and on time. They cleaned up very well.
THUMBS UP – A little while back I had them paint my exterior after they did a few others on my street. I hired them again for my 2 story foyer, family room and upstairs hallways.
The same group of guys came out and the did a wonderful job painting my interior. As before, the painters, the owner and forman were a pleasure. 2 Thumbs Up
Very good work – They have done quite a few homes on my culdesack so I kind of knew what to expect. Everyone was happy and said good things so there was zero risk in choosing Queen City Painting. The pressure washer did a terriffic job and a couple of days later they painted. I think we are the 4th house of 6 on my block they have painted. Its a very much needed facelift!
Went the extra mile – I am happy to offer this review for Queen City Painting. They did a great job. We had tons of rotted wood on the exterior and bad masonite too. They did a great job on the painting and repairs. They did additional work outside of the estimate and didn't charge us. Everything looks great!
They painted our church – Our pastor asked me to collect quotes for the outside painting of our church. I did my due diligence and interviewed a few guys. All seemed trustworthy but at the end of the day I was most comfortable with Ron and Queen City Painting. They did a very nice job. They were on time each day, Ron kept us updated throughout the process and everyone including the staff was very friendly and professional. I wish all of our vendors were this good.
They were EXCELLENT! – They were EXCELLENT. They were superb. They covered everything, took off our switch plates, taped off the base trim, covered and moved our furniture, and did 2 coats of a good qulity flat paint which allows us to wipe up after our kids make a mess. This was important to us b/c we don't like the shine of the satin paints. We found them on Citysearch and saw that they had many outstanding reviews and we definately were NOT disappointed!!!
Sloppy Painting – The painting was very sloppy. No clean lines, drips everywhere, missed spots on very obvious areas. Damaged brand new furniture, paint on carpet. Broke many of the brackets that hold the front panels over the blind brackets. Had to have it repainted.
Upon completion of this project the customer said she was thrilled. The next day she called and said there was a light scratch on her 1 yr. old dining table top. She was referred to us by 2 previous clients so undoubtingly I gave her $600., the cost of the table brand new.It is important to me to keep my clients happy as is evident by our other reviews. This company is my baby and I will always take the best care of my customers!
Super Duper – We hired them to caulk around all of our windows inside and out and also to paint our ceilings and walls in our mail living areas. They gave us a great price, they were well reviewed and recommended so we were pleased to have hired them. They did a great job and we would definately hire them again.
Ethical Company – We were painting the interior of our home and did several dark colors. We were quoted for 2 coats of paint. I was home all day and watched them put on 3. They could have easily charged us for more but they didn't. I offered to pay more but the owner declined and said he wanted the job to be done right and said that referrals and repeat customers are the backbones of his business and wanted us to love their work. We definately do. It would have been really easy for them to stop at 2 coats or for them to bill us for additional work, but they didn't. You don't run into honest and ethical contractors every day so we were really happy with them.
