3rd time is the charm

I've used 3 different carpet cleaners in the last year and Heaven's Best is the best by far. Every time I called other companies, they were typically late, rushed through the work and ran. Heaven's Best got the work done in a reasonable amount of time, and did a final walk through to make sure I was pleased with everything. They did an outstanding job and I will continue to use them. Thanks a lot.

Heavens Best did great for me

I am glad I called Heaven's Best. A friend showed me city search and how you can read a company's reviews. I found Heaven's Best there I'm sure glad I did. Heaven's Best sure earned 5 stars from me. I will continue to use them any time I need carpet or upholstery done. The coolest thing was the protectant they put down. I spilled a soda after they had cleaned and put that stuff down, it didn't penetrate the carpet or even get it wet, I was able to take a rag and soak it up and there was no trace that it even happened. They showed me a cool demo with a kleenex and I thought it would help out to keep my carpet clean, but it totally worked and my carpet didn't even get wet when I spilled on it. I'm really happy with the service all the way around.

ON TIME!

I'm getting ready to put my house on the market and have been fed up lately with service companies never showing up on time. Heaven's Best gave me a specific time, an actual appointment and not a 3 hour window when they would show up. I thought to my self, here we go again. Grant, the owner, showed up 10 minutes early and did a great job on the carpet. I was very impressed with the final result and will certainly be using them again.
