Great Salon & Awesome Stylists!. Flirt is a hidden gem in Charlotte! The salon is inviting and comfortable and the stylists are so knowledgable and experienced! They are continually seeking the best training and products available for their clients.

Brooke Ridberg is the stylist I see. She is really talented at knowing what is best for your hair! Because of her expertise in hair coloring I trust her to just take the lead and it always comes out looking great! She's so easy to work with...I always look forward to seeing her!

I have no reason to go anywhere else in Charlotte and highly recommend Flirt to anyone looking for a long-term home!

My favorite Charlotte stylist!. I've been going to Kerri for years now and consistently get compliments on my hair style! She takes the time to listen to you and understands how you treat your hair. Then she gives you a great cut and style that you can actually re-create after you leave! So often, you walk out of a salon feeling fantastic about your new look, but you can never get it CLOSE to what the stylist did. Not the case with Kerri. She's fun, you look great and she's very reasonably priced. Enjoy your new style and time with Kerri!

Cool Hair Styles!. Kerri is so personable and makes you right at home the minute you meet her. She is on the cutting edge of hair color and fashion. I love the location too. The private rooms at All In Good Co. are so cute!

Kerry Leary Designs. I have okay hair, but no styling stills and even less patience. I can’t even put it in a pony tail and I refuse to wake up earlier to blow dry it when I can just roll down the windows in my car on the way to work. In short, I am a nightmare for most stylists, but Kerri accepts my limitations. She consistently comes up with cute styles that involve little to no maintenance, yet look amazing. And she’s great company. No one wants to sit in a chair for an hour without decent conversation, with Kerri that is never an issue. She has a very outgoing personality and is a lot of fun to be around. Great hair, great company, what more could a girl want?

Look No Further for an Amazing Stylist!. I found Kerri a little over 2 years ago through CitiSearch, when I first moved to Charlotte. After the first appointment, I knew my search was over. Kerri is a wonderful stylist and an amazing person. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She's always learning the most up-to-date techniques, and keeping her skills and knowledge fresh. She sells products she believes in. She really wants you to be happy with your hair too. I have a tendency to get bored, so she's always mixing things up, within the realm of what she knows I'll be comfortable with. I continually get compliments on my hair, and it's all due to Kerri. I highly recommend her!

Kerri's the best!. Kerri is an outstanding hair stylist who is professional and courteous. She takes her profession seriously. I have been to other stylists in the past who would talk on their cell phones the whole time and not pay attention to what they were doing. Quite annoying and rude! The last thing I need is someone who is distracted while cutting my hair! Not so, with Kerri. She pays attention to detail and makes sure you are 100% happy with your hair before you leave the salon.

Very knowledgable and creative hair designer. Kerri has a very pleasant personality and she knows what she is doing. I loved the way she colored, cut and even styled my hair. I usually have to rush right home after visting a stylist because they always give me some weird styling job. Not Kerri! I walked out of her salon with Fabulous Hair!

takes pride in work!. I found Kerri by tagging along one day with a friend of mine who already had been using Kerri for her hair serivices. I had always noticed her hair was amazing! I volunteered for Kerris hair make overs (first string) and really got to test out her skills. I loved it! She has an amazing ability to look at you and put a great style or color on you. Her cuts are done with such precision it never dissapoints me. I have reccomended Kerri to many of my friends who now go to her as well. I am very picky about my hair and was able to trust a complete stranger to do whatever she wanted with my hair and it still came out even more amazing then I had thought. She surley is one of the best around! You wont be dissapointed! On top of the great service the salon is very clean and comfortable. Kerri always has drinks and snacks to treat her customers with all the kindness she can! Try her out if you havnt!

Excellent Hair Salon. I recently moved here and was lucky enough to get it right the first time finding Kerry. (actually thru this website). So I wanted to pass on my wonderful experience if anyone was in the same boat in search of a great hairdresser. Kerry is awesome. She perfected my blonde color. Looks great! She found a shade that fits my skin tone and me. I love it and love her. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

Great cut and Absolutely AMAZING Color!. I'm a producer for a commercial photographer and I am always jealous of models and their luxury of having a professional stylist to make them look beautiful. So when I saw Kerri's ad in Skirt magazine, I completely connected to it because I am truly someone who 'covets beautiful hair' and since going to Kerri... I hear nothing but compliments! It's easy to style and the color is truly amazing. Now I look like I have a professional stylist daily, too! I love feeling good about myself when my hair looks great. Kerri is so much fun and I love her! I send everyone I know to her and will never go anywhere else! I just wish I could see her more often!
