Fast Food.. but not excetionally fast‎. Here's the deal on this place... It's a low scale cook to order fast food Seafood joint. Prices are average to good. The food is mostly fried, but very good. The staff is friendly and I've yet to see the place crowded so they never seem to have a sense of urgency about them. Expect to wait 5 to 15 minutes for a basic order. I go here once or twice every couple of months on average. The food quality makes up for the bizarre look and feel of the place and the way too sedated staff. 5 star almost.

Great Seafood cooked to order. The owner and his wife offered great service and great food. We had fried shrimp and scallops which was good. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Great seafood in Charlotte, anyone?. If you haven't visited New England Seafood, you're missing out on a real treat! From the excellent service to family-friendly atmosphere, New England Seafood offers some of the very best seafood in Charlotte. Our children - both under age 5 - cleaned their plates ... not a minor miracle. As native Virginians raised near the ocean, we appreciate great seafood - and New England Seafood delivered that and more. Our thanks to the staff for making our visit so enjoyable.

Best Seafood outside of the beach. Everything I have gotten there has been good and fresh. Everything is perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.
