What a Great Experience!!!. What a hidden gem!! The food is absolutely delicious. The dipping sauce for the bread was fantastic. The appetizers come out and you feel like you are at a fine dining restaurant. The presentation was beautiful but most importantly, delicious. The vegetable lasagna is a must! Next you receive your soup which was great. The carribean chowder was awesome. Now on to the salads. The dressings are all homemade and fresh and delicious. Try the sesame dressing. Then the main course comes out and is amazing. The Ibis is great and the stuffed pork chop was the size of a pork loin. Dessert was an excellent finish to a great night. The Carribean Queen & berries and cream were fantastic. Fridays and Saturdays have live music till 9. You must try The Ibis for a fantastic dining experience.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!. The food at IBIS is so good I don't know how to describe it. There are so many flavors going on at once but NEVER is it overbearing. From the tea to the seasoned rice...I don't know where to start. The iced tea is addictive. I've tried making it at home and finally gave up. The dipping sauce they bring you with the bread before you get your meal is the best thing I've ever put in my mouth and I'm not exaggerating. The roasted herbed chicken and rice are so good! I'm not a rice eater and I literally ate all of it. Again...the spices and flavoring are spot on. kf - Concord NC
