I was floored by the excellent service. Twin Automotive has earned a customer for life. Having moved here only 6 months ago, I was distraught when the transmission in my honda odyssey went out. I had left behind a great mechanic in Virginia and did not know where to turn to here in Charlotte. I went online, found Twin Automotive and decided to try them out. Save your time and go here first. Excellent service. We took our 2001 Honda Odyssey to several places to get quotes. Twin Automotive and Transmission had the best included warrantee by far. Others had a better initial quote but didn't include everything for the rebuild. When comparing apples to apples, Twin had the best price overall. I also appreciated that Paul did not try to low ball his estimate. He gave me a range of prices for the repair depending on what they found.
