I was so shocked at how clean my carpets came so clean. i just could not believe that it was even possible. i though i was going to have to replace my carpets. And the couple that came was so pleasent they were very easy going and i felt safe letting them into my home. I will be calling Charlotte Carpet Cleaners in the future.

I can't even explain how hard it is to find an IICRC certified company. I searched for days and days and i couldn't come up with anyone. I didnt just want anyone cleaning my carpets i wanted a real professional. Finally after about 3 days my friend told me about Charlotte Carpet Cleaners. So the first thing i said was are they certified. I was shocked to find out the were. I was so happy to of finally found some who knows what they are doing.Since my friend used them in the past and said they did an extremely good job i was going to give them a try. and it turns out that i could not of been happier with the result i got. I was so pleased by my carpets i had them clean my furniture and area rugs. My house looks great and smells like new. If you are looking around and can't make a decision don't hesitate to call Charlotte Carpet Cleaners because you will not be dissapointed.
