I highly recommend Davede Varner. I've been treated by several top-notch Massage Therapists over the past 10 years as I sought help with my chronic back pain. Davede is by far the best I have ever
seen! His skill & knowledge of the human body are amazing. He understands exactly how each muscle connects & works within your body. He listens to you describe your pain, and he thoughtfully translates that into an understanding of the underlying problem and a recommendation for treatment. He is truly a therapist.
Davede is strong and his technique is excellent. He can calibrate his pressure to your exact comfort level. If any women out there are concerned about seeing a male Massage Therapist, there's no need to worry here. Davede is extremely professional. You know you're getting professional healthcare when you're on his table.

As Good As It Gets.
When I asked for a referral, my chiropractor, Dr. Christopher Kane, told me that he had connected with an extraordinary neuromuscular massage therapist in Charlotte. Chris said he was impressed with
Davede Varner's knowledge and ability, and highly recomended him to me. I have scoliosis, plantar fasciitis, repetitive strain injury in both arms, and nerve damage in my back so I live with chronic pain, but it was getting progressively worse. A neurologist was trying one medication after another to help me with the nerve pain. Then I remembered that when I had neuromuscular massage therapy in the past, I didn't need medication, so I asked Chris if he knew of someone nearby. I live in SC, so Davede is not down the block, but Chris said it would be worth the drive into Charlotte to work with him. I am as impressed as Chris.
(About ten years ago, Mike Elkins, the then director of the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy worked on my RSI for two years. Davede, a graduate, is as good as they come. In my estimation, he stands side by side in stature with Mike Elkins.)
