I would recommend Poza to any newcomer to the area as well as the person who just needs a fresh start! Everyone is hospitable and very well trained. I will definitely be back at Poza to see Nichole.

Awesome Salon!!!!!!

I had a great experience at Poza last week! So far they have been the only salon that has been able to acheive both the color and cut I wanted. Sonja did an awesome job and I will definately be a regular client there!!

This place is a fraud and ripoff

Do not go here. I took a photo of exactly how I wanted my hair, and the owner (who charges $85) decided that is not how my hair should be cut and decided to cut it very short in a style I would NEVER walk out of the house wearing - and doesn't work with my hair. In addition, she sold me $100 of products for a style that is hideous. I went back and spent an hour and a half with her telling me how what I want is wrong, that she could be just as hard-headed as me, drying my hair the exact same way she had styled it before, and refusing to cut anything or refund any money. Save your time, money, and frustration and stay away.

Best Salon in Charlotte! Excellent service

I had badly damaged hair when I walked into Poza. Owners Sara and Pooran immediately made me feel welcome and were confident they could help me. Sara and Nicole took care of me. They are an amazing team and I walked out with a beautiful cut and color as well as a new attitude! My self esteem is back and I had a wonderful time. The salon is very comfortable and relaxing. I could have stayed there all day. The staff is very professional and friendly. It is evident that they truly care about their clients and take the time to explain what they are doing and how they can make you look absolutely fabulous! I grew up in Charlotte and have been to many different salons here always looking for that extra something special. I found it at Poza Salon. Thank you ladies! You've made me a client for life!

Hi!! Yeah many overconfident hairdressers think they are one of the best in business and we the customers are fools and don't know anything about style....

Over priced, Pretentious and Bad haricuts. You get the idea... Please, do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else.
