I came from Miami to visit, and went to CASA BELLA because it was recommended. Unfortunatley I had a awful experience. I paid 184 to get my hair highlighted including tip. By the way I had virgin hair which I dont have anymore thanks to them. Lucia had a consultation with me but didnt really break down the lingo with me, taking it for granted that I knew what small highlights were. My hair is dark brown by the time it was over I looked like i had gray hair and had copper tones which she continuly advised that it was beige, there were copper to beige tones. I went back and told her I wasnt happy the same day and she add low lights to add contrast and get rid of some of the hightlights. It looked better but I still had areas that werent great. One area bled some. The third time i was scheduled to go back to get it fixed I backed out, I was scared to put my hair through more procesing and have someone who was not happy rendering a service to me touch my hair. I would not recommend this place despite some peoples great experience because my hair was never dyed or highlighted which should have been that much more easier to get right and if you dont like somehting and say something Lucia made me feel bad about it, and will tell you to get use to it... I understand that part but if you dont like somehting you dont like something. NOT HAPPY.

Lisa was amazing and she made me feel very comfortable. I was cutting off a little more than usual and it was my first time at Casa Bella so that made me very nervous. She agreed with the vision I had and made it come to life. I am so happy and she has a customer for life!

Maggie is the TOPS!. I moved up to Lake Norman from Charlotte 3 years ago, and was very apprehensive of trying a new salon in the area. ( I really thought I would drive to Charlotte every time I needed to get my hair done...which is fairly often) A neighbor suggested I try Casa Bella and referred me their stylist, Maggie... It has been wonderful ever since. Maggie was incredibly observant in what I wanted to have done, even offering me suggestions I wouldn't have considered. She was SPOT ON with all of it. Not only was the cut top drawer, but the color was FANTASTIC!

I not only give Casa Bella Salon two thumbs up, but I give Maggie the 5 stars!

Highly recommend! You will NOT be disappointed!

Maggie is the best!!. It took me years to find a hairstylist that cut my hair the way I wanted it! Maggie is amazing at what she does. She listens to my ideas and what I want and comes up with a hair style that I always love! I live about 20 minutes away from Casa Bella but I don't mind driving a little further to get a hair cut I know I'll love! I have referred Maggie to many people and not one person that got their hair done by her has been dissapointed! If you're looking for an awesome hair style, give Maggie a try! She's the best!!

Alyson is Awesome. For the last few years I have been driving 40 minutes so that Alyson could do my hair. I feel quite fortunate that she is now in Huntersville at Casa Bella Salon only minutes from my home. If she wasn't there I would continue to arrange for childcare and drive the distance for a great hair cut and very natural color & highlights.

Alyson is experienced and stays up-to-date with the latest styles and techniques. You won't be disappointed in your hair and you'll enjoy a beautiful salon too.

Awesome salon for the most modern cut. The front desk staff are always professional, friendly and helpful when you walk in the door. They take care of you right away and check you out as quickly as possible.

I followed Alyson to Casa Bella and have been very pleased with the salon itself.

Alyson is always prompt and I never have to wait. I go every five weeks and am never disappointed. I let Alyson do whatever she wants with my hair and trust her completely. If she ever moved out of North Carolina I am taking my kids and following her whereever she goes. I get compliments on my hair everyday and everyone wants to know who cuts my hair ! I have never been able to grow it out and Alyson has been able to grow it past my shoulders without it being bulky and difficult to manage. My color looks so natural and for the first time in my life I love my hair ! So, I highly recommend the salon and Alyson !

Relaxing salon with fabulous staff. The first time I walked thru the doors I was welcomed with warm smiles, relaxing atmosphere, and offer of a beverage. I felt right at home. I followed Alyson to Casa Bella. She has done a fabulous job on my color and cut and always styles it exactly as I request. This last time I brought a picture from a magazine and she matched the color perfectly. I have gotten many wonderful compliments and everyone I refer to her always call me with great reviews. Try Casa Bella and Alyson.... You won't be disapointed!!!!

Inviting Atmosphere and Great Hair Stylist. I have been going to Alyson for years and Casa Bella is lucky enough to have her on their staff now. She is a great stylist and really listens to what I say. She takes the time and cares about her clients.The salon is beautiful and inviting just like the name implies.

beautiful house. Casa bella means beautiful house and this salon totally stands upto it's name. Came in after work, had a glass of wine and got cut and color. Loved the cut, it is the easiest cut i have ever worked with and the color was perfect for me and my skin tone. These stylist really know their profession. Very happy will never go anywhere else and they gave me 20% off. The pricing was very reasonable.

Dishonest. when I called I was told a full highlight started at 80 for my length hair, after it was done they told me it would be 150. the color was just okay, not very close to the scalp and the high and low lights don't compliment each other that well. not horrible but nothing I would do again. they just blew dry, no style w the flat iron. the only good thing I can say is that the stylist was friendly and personable. didn't realize what a good deal I was getting with haircolorxperts.
