I called in an order of 2 large pepperoni pizzas to get picked up. When I got there I was presented with 1 large pepperoni pizza, and 1 small sausage pizza. Oops! Mixup! Fortunately I'm a patient person. The girl behind the counter was very polite and apologetic, and promptly offered to make my 2nd large pizza right away. Also I was given the small pizza complimentary. So an extra 10 minutes later I was on my way, no harm done.
4 stars for the great service and great pizza, but they DID get my order wrong so no 5 stars this time.
Sad day for pizza lovers in LKN area!!. We ordered pizza from our favorite, ex favorite place, tonight as we have many times over the years and we got the worst looking pizza ever. We got a philly steak pizza but there was no steak!! There were a few specs of meat but that was it. We knew something was up so we called them and spoke to the MGR. We are not people to complain and feel we know most of the people up there. Well the MGR told us direct order from the new owner taking over--"less toppings on every pizza" and they could not do anything about our pizza with no steak. Mgr also told us that this will be the way they make every pizza from now on. There is way too much competation in the pizza game in Huntersville to have this attitude, Papa Johns on 21 has it going on!!
best place in huntersville for pizza. they actully give you good portions of topping on the pizza, a cheesn pizza actully has cheese on it.....be sure to flvor your crust when you order...m fav is garlic butter with seasame seeds on the crust...and theres no extra cost!!! this is by far a lot better than Pizza Hut, Doimons, and etc...If you love Hungry Howies then you'll love Bulls Eye Pizza...This place is awesome!!!
Best Pizza. Today, we had carryout from Bulls Eye Pizza. It was the best pizza that I have ever tasted. And, when the pizza got cold, it was even better. Happy pizza eating.
Horrible Customer Service = Horrible Pizza.
12/16/07 The owners of Bullzeye Pizza claim that they "...fell in love with the people and places of the South...? and for this reason brought their business venture and families from Michigan to Huntersville however it seems that they missed the part about Southern hospitality and customer service in general. After rudely being told over the phone that the pizza delivery person rang my doorbell twice, knocked on my back door (which is physically impossible), left because no one was home and that my order had already been cancelled BUT if I would "like to take a ride" I could come pick up the cold pizza and that I "could just have it" that is IF I made it before they closed.
I double checked the address in their system and the Bullzeye employee on the phone even confirmed a landmark that leads directly to my street. The fact that my house was no where to be found seemed impossible.
Out of sheer hunger and the thought of free pizza my fiance and I "took a ride" to the Bullzeye pizza in Huntersville. I went inside and was immediately scrutinized by crossed arms and cross faces from 2 large, grown men. I tried to be amicable by saying "I wonder what happened" with a smile on my face and the only response was "hey, get her that pizza" which was then shoved at me across a counter. No, sorry for your inconvenience, no let me double check to make sure we have the correct address in our system, not even have a nice evening. All arms were re-crossed and you could?ve cut the tension in the room with a knife. It was VERY uncomfortable for me and I felt like they thought that I was apart of some big conspiracy to make them give me a free pizza. WEIRD!
I should?ve never strayed from the long-time family favorite Romanello's Pizza which has been a staple of Huntersville for over 20 years. The food is consistently delicious and everyone knows you by name. If you're in Huntersville and looking for good pizza Romanello's is your place. 704-875-8686
