I lost 30 lbs in 30 days. little hunger, more energy only fat loss.. In August of 07 I tried the 30 day program. At first I was concerned it would be like every other program I tried. This was different. It was simple. My results happened fast enough to keep me motivated. It's even better now. They now have free meetings like weight watchers that I attened in my underwear. They conduct weekly support calls called ISA LEAN calls. They are great. It keeps me on track, helps me through tough holidays and I get a wellness buddy I can call anytime. I like that.

Thus far my results are a drop from 225 to 185. The best results are my lowered bloodpressure from Hypertension stage III to normal. My cholesterol levels have just about normalized. Improved liver function. Increased lean muscle. More engery. Less addictive food cravings. This is the easiest most well balanced program I've tried.
