Wrinkle Free Friday Rip Off.
My total disappointment in the Botox from WFF is frightening. After it not working I was asked to return 8 days later and told it takes 2 weeks to work. I was also told that they do not diluted
1:1 and that could cause my issues. (they use more to dilute) Also, they told me 25 units was not enough and I needed to purchase more. I have seen excellent results from Botox when used properly and not old diluted products. I am filing a complaint with Allergan and see what I can find out about using dilutants. Who knows what the used???

Wonderful staff and great service. I purchased a Groupon for IPL treatments recently and have had 3 of them done. Yuvan is under new ownership recently so don't let the bad reviews below deter you from trying them. Terry is one of the new owners and he is onsite most of the time. He is very accomodating and wants his clients to be happy with their services. Candace performed my IPL treatments and she is fabulous. She is a nurse and was careful but thorough with the treatments and really took her time to be sure I received good results. I can't say enough about this great find in Cornelius. I am a healthcare provider myself and won't go anywhere that does not provide safe, ethical and great service.…
I would recommend this place to anyone!!!. I’ve wanted to have laser hair removal done for some time now, but had a hard time affording the prices. I saw an ad in the paper for a laser membership at Yuvan. The prices seemed unbelievable so I had to call to ask about them. The receptionist was very helpful answering questions and also suggested I come in for a free consultation. I’ve saved so much money coming to Yuvan and have loved the treatments so far! I would recommend them to anyone.…

I went to Yuvan based on an ad in the Clipper Mag just before Christmas 2010. Easy appointment by phone, receptionist was very helpful explaining various treatments. Told her I was having company
for the holidays and she scheduled the treatments so that i would look good on the day of guests' arrival.
Did have to fill out some paperwork, but any new medical place would want that. I did have a bit of bruising on one spot on my face, that faded in a few days, no other concerns. Followed instructions, take it easy afterwards, cool compresses and I did use a bit of polysporin on my face. So great, went back for more treatments and pampering facials.
The new owner is great, pricing is quite competitive, professional. And, no, I do not work there. I would love to be part of such a wonderful team. You want to contact me to see if I am bona fide? New Owner and GREAT service!!. I saw an add in the clipper for a great deal on Botox and I cringed when I read it was from Yuvan. I have not been there in a longtime but I couldn't refuse the great price. i was pleasantly surprised to find out they have new a new owner and a new person doing the injections. The place looks the same but the service is totally different. The manager/injection specialist really took the time to explain what I should expect to happen and she made me feel at ease. After I told her I read the reviews she told me the new owner is really make a lot of changes and I can see the difference in the customer service and the overall experience.…
