Watch your wallet

I bought a package for my husband for his birthday on the understanding that it could be canceled at any time. He used it a few times but wasn't impressed so he canceled. Nearly a year later they are still billing my credit card and despite numerous calls they will not correct the issue. My opinion - don't give them your credit card. You'll regret it.

Poor Customer Service

I had a very unpleasant experience with all of the representatives at Massage Envy in Ballantyne. I had received a gift Certificate from my 16-year-old daughter for my birthday and wanted to return it for a variety of reasons. I think if my experience had been different I might have changed my mind and felt like Massage Envy was a great place to relax and have a massage; instead I was met with negativity and poor customer service. In fact, when I asked to leave a message for the Owner, they were even ruder. I would like to tell Torsten Schermer what type of greeting and communication I received from his staff.

I was not certain that I wanted to return this gift Certificate but now I am absolutely sure. In this time in the economy, a Business will not survive without solid Customer Service. I would be ashamed of my entire staff for how they treated me and my Husband at the Ballantyne location.

I would not recommend there services just based on their lack of Customer Service.
