As a going away present, my ex's dog decided to do its best to leave my rug in a condition that wouldn't let me forget her. Let me tell you, that dog tried hard. I almost have to wonder if the ex gave her a li'l ex-lax encouragement...but anyway, Pronto Carpet did a fantastic job of making my *ahem* heavily soiled rug look like new, didn't hassle me with endless phone messages when it took me a little longer than expected to pick it up, and was well worth the price for how my rug looks now (never had a rug cleaned before, so nothing to base it off, but somewhere around $75 for cleaning and deodorizing a thick 5x8 wool rug seemed appropriate to me). Both times I went in Raul was there and was friendly as could be, I hope I never have to see him again but if I need a rug (or carpet/furniture/drapes) cleaned again I'll be back without hesitation. Excellent Service, On Time and Courteous. Used this service for the first time after obtaining a refrigerator magnet card from a company rep. Called them up and they said they could come today which was great. Two men arrived on-time and were very courteous and efficient. In very little time, my carpeting looked brand new. They removed pet stains and ground in dirt and did a fabulous job overall. I highly recommend Cornelio and for the fine job he did. He even liked my dog.…

There carpet cleaning skills are not to good. They cleaned my carpets and did not do a very good job, There unprofessional and rude! all the good reviews lured me in to useing them after looking closer i think they write there on reviews they are being very greedy and dishonest about there work dont be scamed! im very unhappy with them…
