Helped My Headaches! Very clean!. My Massage Envy experience is always the best! I love that when I come in, the staff knows me by name and readily checks me in. My massage therapist is always so friendly, smiles a lot and is very positive! She knows just how to help eliviate my muscle tension and headaches. One session and I always feel much better. Bad Experience. I was given a gift certificate for a massage at the Arboretum location. In comparison to massages I have had in the past my first impression was immediately off. The girls at the front desk were friendly but looked and acted unproffessional. The therapist that gave me the massage made me extremely uncomfortable by making comments about my body and just overall came off as a creep. I felt disgusted after I left and still do. Massage Envy is to massage what fast food is too restaurants. My advice....if you want a good massage spend $15 - $20 more and go to a reputable spa. I really hope that people read this and take this to heart especially when giving as a gift. I will never go to Massage Envy again.…
Perfect place to go for your massage needs!. I have gone to Massage Envy several times and absolutely LOVE my monthly massage that I get at an affordable price. All the therapists I have seen have gone above my expectations every time. The front desk is always smiling and very helpful and I have never had an issue with them in person or over the phone. I recommend Massage Envy to all my friends and family who want a high quality massage at a reasonable rate and excellent customer service - in fact, everyone who I have recommended now goes regularly!…
Rip Off Bad Customer Service. Do not go here, they ripped me off for three paid massages! Said my contract expired and so I lost three massages, my beef is that I was in 5 days prior and the nice girl told me I had three left and I said see you next week then! Bad, Bad business not to tell me they were going to expire! Then when they told me I had lost them they offered one back if I would renew a membership! Hello NO! Also I had brought a friend as a treat, while they were ripping me off they were trying to get her to join, never saying a word to her about how to lose your PRE-PAID massages! I am out 180.00 plus the cost of my massage and the one for my friend. The girl actually had the nerve to say didn't you read your contract?!!!! Well yeah, months ago! Don't ever sign a contract with them, they hope you will forget the date months later so they can keep your money...great business thinking, they got my 180.00 but that is the end of it, never another penny ever! That was so dishonest. By the way, my friend will not join and she is telling all of her friends what happened!…
