Tips for Advanced Therapeutics Pain Relief Jeff Widmann

Jeff knows what he is doing. A friend of ours recommended him to me several times for pain before I finally went. Jeff did amazing work to relieve the pain. If it can be addressed through neuromuscular massage therapy, then Jeff can do it. He is an expert at what he does. I heartily recommend him.

Jeff has the compassion of a great therapist and more wisdom than most doctors (no offense intended toward doctors). He has never steered my wife or me wrong (we've both been long time clients on account of a couple of car accidents). If he says to do something, I recommend you just do it.

My husband was suffering from debilitating back pain and I was having chronic, sometimes severe, headaches and neck pain. Jeff was able to help both us in just a few sessions.

He talked to me, asked some questions, listened to my answers, and then explained what he planned to do. He taught me some stretches that have helped me to keep my headaches at bay - I no longer have them. I appreciate Jeff's concern and candor in working with me. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so.

Jeff came highly recommended to me when I was in such discomfort from sciatica and neck pain. He listened very carefully to my ailments and asked many questions to assess the potential problems. It took many sessions to work out the horrible body mechanics I developed over many years. Not only does Jeff address your concerns, but offers suggestions to prevent pain from the returning. He will continue to be in my rotation for ongoing maintenance for the health of my body!

From the first visit, it was clear that communication is important to Jeff. He takes time to explain his process so that the client can know what to expect. The client is also expected to communicate with Jeff. He wants to know the background story to the injury and also encourages mental and emotional health, too.

Jeff worked with me after I had a few months with Physical Therapy (PT) for neck and back pain. Jeff corrected my posture and emphasized that unless *I* also contributed to my healing process, then I would always have some pain. However, living pain free is possible if I am willing to develop proper posture, do the necessary stretches, and exercise. He showed me on a diagram the muscles that he would be working and demonstrated how I needed to stand, stretches that I could do, and how to use a yoga ball. He also held me accountable at each visit in regards to my stretching and exercising, again emphasizing the importance of taking care of myself outside the office walls. I appreciated the discussion and his desire to see me pain-free.

My pain level decreased by over 60% and my back did not flare up from shooting weddings like they did previously. I also integrated the stretches he taught while on the job to help prevent tension during the photographing. If I had pain in another limb than the original area, he was willing to work on those, too, and again showed me more exercises to help strengthen the weak areas. After PT targeted the general problem area, I was relieved to find someone who specialized in working with the trigger points that did not seem to be as deeply targeted in PT.

In regards to Jeff as a person, he appreciates promptness, he's very family-oriented and loves his family, his office is clean and atmospheric, he encourages both communication and resting/relaxation during the massage, he works with your schedule, and from my experience, isn't greedy for your money - he wants you pain-free so that you do not have to continue to return.

I was diagnosed with scoliosis when I was 12 years old and wore a brace for 6 years. The curvature improved tremendously because I was a kid and still growing. However doctors warned me that I would probably have problems when I got older. Well, I must be older now. My "strange" symptoms started 6 years ago...pounding pulse and palpitations in my head, at the top of my spine. Several doctors told me it was stress but I knew it had to be something more. When I met Jeff, I knew he had a special gift. He patiently listened to my symptoms and history. He explained in detail what he believed was going on before starting treatment. As immediate as our first session, I felt like a different person! Combined with Jeffâ??s massage therapy, his recommendations for exercising/stretching, and changing positions when sleeping, driving and sitting at the computer, have helped me experience an amazing improvement in the quality of my life. Best of all, I've been getting the best night's sleep than I've had in almost 6 years. Thank you, Jeff! I am referring all of my friends and acquaintances to you!

Standing Tall. I met Jeff Widmann through a friend of mine. I had been suffering with upper back pain for years and have had no relief with conventional therapies. Jeff does Massage Therapy and fitness training which really helped me out of a great deal of pain. I worked with him for about a year of personal training and massage we primary delt with my poor pusture, i once stood like a hunchback which is the main reason i had so much pain. Ive gained 2 inches in height and my back feels strong and pain free. Jeff is great at solving why the pain is there and fixing it.

Oh what a relief it is. I've suffered with headaches, migraines and neck pain for months . I went to alot of people for some relief, chiropractic seem to irratate it, physical therapy was to physical and acupuncture just made me bleed. I found Jeff Widmann through a friend that he had helped. Jeff is a very nice person that listens to what you have to say and within a few sessions my neck was pain free. The headache s are less frequent and less intense. I will continue until the headaches are no more. Thanks Jeff

Better than Physical Theray. I had alot of knee discomfort and went to a physical therapist and after weeks of no improvement i decided to try massage therapy with Jeff Widmann. After two sessions 70% of my knee pain was gone. Im currently working with jeff and im sure after a few more sessions i will be pain free. Hes an awesome therapist that does other things like personal training and yoga instruction. They also have classes like yoga, boot camp, meditation and even a ballroom dance class. I'll be taking the dance class and maybe the yoga class when i'm a100% better.

Runners Calves. I had consistent muscle strains within my calves which left me unable to run. After trying many exercises, various types of running shoes, orthotics, different running styles and running surfaces I decided to work with Jeff. After a month of weekly treatments and suggested exercises I was able to return to running. Jeff's positive attitude and expert muscle treatment got me back to running. I highly recommend Jeff as you will be amazed with the results.
