After graduating from a Florida Neuromuscular Massage Therapy Program in 1994, he relocated his family to Charlotte to assist teachers at a Neuromuscular Massage Therapy School. After leaving the school he focused on building his own practice and also worked with a Neurologist and Neuropsychologist at a Traumatic Brain Injury Center. Runners Calves

I had consistent muscle strains within my calves which left me unable to run. After trying many exercises, various types of running shoes, orthotics, different running styles and running surfaces I decided to work with Jeff. After a month of weekly treatments and suggested exercises I was able to return to running. Jeff's positive attitude and expert muscle treatment got me back to running. I highly recommend Jeff as you will be amazed with the results.

runners knee

I have had knee pain for approximately 9 months. After diagnosis of runners knee, my orthopedist referred me for P.T., which was effective in significantly reducing my pain. However, the pain returned a month ago and the exercises that I learned in P.T. were no longer helpful in reducing my pain. I decided to see Jeff for deep muscle manipulation. He returned my call promptly and an appointment was scheduled. Jeff is excellent at his craft . He listens and asks good questions and has demonstrated stretches for me to practice at home. So far so good. The man knows what he is doing.

Severe Back Pain Relief

After suffering a bad fall in November 2010, I've had massage, PT, muscle relaxants, and anti-inflammatory meds, all of which relieved the most severe symptoms but the constant, daily pain was very discouraging. Just before giving up on full recovery, I came across Jeff Widmann's reviews. THE MAGIC WORKER...after ONE session I had immediate relief...2 additional sessions and I am PAIN FREE. Jeff listened and understood exactly what was needed and concentrated on those areas with deep massage. I cannot recommend highly enough! Please give Jeff a try and you will be astounded!

Arthritis Relief

I had been diagnosed with RA before I first met Jeff and was having a terrible time functioning. It seemed most joints in my body were affected and my muscles, in particular my back and legs, were in sad shape as well. His treatment, positive attitude, and the stretches he taught/insisted that I do, have made a tremendous impact on my life. Thanks Jeff. I'll be seeing you again soon!

Finally what I was looking for!

I was very impressed with Jeff Widmann and have already booked my second massage with him. I went to him for shoulder pain that I have had for the past year. I have tried many other massage therapists and chiropractors, and Jeffrey was the only one that listened and targeted the problem quickly. It was a deep massage, which is exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge of the body and its mechanics is amazing!
