Loved it all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I bought a groupon since I run in the area. I had no idea this place was here and the variety of services they have. The old house is great to see inside . All 3 of my services were AMAZING!!!!! Greeted right when I walked in, and got a drink right when I sat down. I got to use the sauna before I got my massage and I also took a shower before my Pedicure. I will be going back for the Massages they are reasonably priced, and really in touch with healing . MUST COME BACK ...…
Hidden gem, treated like a queen!. Sad to hear such negative reviews. I'm a stay-at-home mom. My husband bought me the trifecta Groupon deal for valentines (facial, massage, pedi), I went in 2 weeks ago and all three were FABULOUS!!! I was immediately greeted with smiles and warmth when I walked in, waited less than 5 minutes before my facial. One of the best and most relaxing facials I have had yet! Then was able to stay in the same room for my massage rather than having to redress and lug all my things elsewhere. My massage with Cliff was absolutely the BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD (have had past massages in Italy, the Dominican, the Grove Park Inn, Westglow Spa, and a few local businesses). Cliff was calming, respectful and very intune to tense/painful/problem areas without my having to point them out. Unlike many massage therapists I've met, he never watched the clock and worked until he got all the knots out. He also didn't ramble on and on. Just allowed me to relax in peace and quiet! Cliff also ended up doing my pedicure, which was spot-on and a great way to end the spa morning! Will definitely be back!!! Well worth the visit, beautiful spa!…
HORIBBLE. Owner is a Bit**. Was supposed to be a relaxing day at the spa, instead the owner is stuck up and not customer service oriented. They are in this for the money, and not providing good service.
I Love My MC3. I am shocked by the review submitted by distractosaurus. I have been a client at MC3 for years and have consistently experienced excellent customer service, very high quality services, prompt call backs for appointments and a salon environment where client satisfaction is the focus. I have enjoyed many of the services available and NEVER found anyone to be unprofessional. Since Mickey started coloring and cutting my hair, I have been the recipient of constant compliments. The energy at MC3 is always positive and I look forward to my monthly appointments.…
