I found this salon online and live in the neighborhood. I really wanted natural highlights and I was very nervous. Having 2 small babies this was a treat to go out. All I can say is I loved it and I can not say enough about the service. I got Mickey and she was really helpful and met all my expectations.

Loved it all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I bought a groupon since I run in the area. I had no idea this place was here and the variety of services they have. The old house is great to see inside . All 3 of my services were AMAZING!!!!! Greeted right when I walked in, and got a drink right when I sat down. I got to use the sauna before I got my massage and I also took a shower before my Pedicure. I will be going back for the Massages they are reasonably priced, and really in touch with healing . MUST COME BACK ...

Hidden gem, treated like a queen!. Sad to hear such negative reviews. I'm a stay-at-home mom. My husband bought me the trifecta Groupon deal for valentines (facial, massage, pedi), I went in 2 weeks ago and all three were FABULOUS!!! I was immediately greeted with smiles and warmth when I walked in, waited less than 5 minutes before my facial. One of the best and most relaxing facials I have had yet! Then was able to stay in the same room for my massage rather than having to redress and lug all my things elsewhere. My massage with Cliff was absolutely the BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD (have had past massages in Italy, the Dominican, the Grove Park Inn, Westglow Spa, and a few local businesses). Cliff was calming, respectful and very intune to tense/painful/problem areas without my having to point them out. Unlike many massage therapists I've met, he never watched the clock and worked until he got all the knots out. He also didn't ramble on and on. Just allowed me to relax in peace and quiet! Cliff also ended up doing my pedicure, which was spot-on and a great way to end the spa morning! Will definitely be back!!! Well worth the visit, beautiful spa!

HORIBBLE. Owner is a Bit**. Was supposed to be a relaxing day at the spa, instead the owner is stuck up and not customer service oriented. They are in this for the money, and not providing good service.

Thank you to all the wonderful clients we have had from groupon. You purchased a groupon for 3 hours of services to call me 2 hours before to cancel because of an emergency, but then when I said we needed 24 hours notice or we have to forfeit" you came anyways to only say your emergeny was 2 days ago, and when you thought about cancelling the night before you forgot. When I shared we could not perform a massage because of surgery 2 days ago for your safety but You could come 2 weeks later you again let me and my staff know you would never drive or come this far . I am not suppost to break up services I did to help you with the services because your surgery even though we were last on your list to call.MANY clients could not get an appointment because You had a Friday afternoon. We try to help each and every client to get in and it is appreciated to give notice Not 2 hours before your appointment time.

I Love My MC3. I am shocked by the review submitted by distractosaurus. I have been a client at MC3 for years and have consistently experienced excellent customer service, very high quality services, prompt call backs for appointments and a salon environment where client satisfaction is the focus. I have enjoyed many of the services available and NEVER found anyone to be unprofessional. Since Mickey started coloring and cutting my hair, I have been the recipient of constant compliments. The energy at MC3 is always positive and I look forward to my monthly appointments.

I am sorry you feel this way. All of our technicians are licenced. Your girlfriend said she loved all of her services that she is not a spa girl.
I WOULD NEVER TREAT ANOTHER HUMAN IN THIS FASHION. I have been in this industry 30 years and would never want anyone to feel bad about an experience in our spa.
Please give me a call I will give you your $89.00 for your girlfriends 3hours you paid and I do remember she thought the 89.00 included the gratuity and she had to use her emergency fund to give $20.00 for her 3 hours of services as well.
I will gladly refund your $109.00 for the massage,facial,spa pedicure

Definatly Found a new stylist. I bought a groupon for Mc3 salon and went a couple weeks ago to get my hair cut and colored. I was placed with Kelly and she was great! My hair had some fine caramel color hilights in it and I told her I wanted to spruce it up. She didnt hesitate to tell me that she thought that was a great idea and ended up doing 3 different colors in it. It is really funky and stylish. She was efficient and very personable and I appreciated the effort she put into the cut and color. I love groupon because I never would have known about Mc3 or Kelly. I will definatly go back to them.

Wonderful experience. I had never been to MC3 but couldn't pass up their recent Groupon deal. I went today and walked out feeling relaxed and like I have found a new salon. The haircut was just what I ask for and the pedicure was awsome! - Thanks ladies

Awesome Mickey!!!!.
I have been coming to Mickey for 18 years now! I absolutely love her. She is amazing and will make you feel like a million bucks!! I always feel beautiful and rejuvenated when I leave there!
In the 18 years that I have been going to her never once have I told her what color I want or how I want my haircut. She will always ask what color I want and my reply is "just make me beautiful" and she always does. I trust her and she knows what I need.
The salon is very inviting and the staff are very friendly!
I so highly recommend this salon.
Make an appointment today! I promise you will not regret it!!!
The facials are wonderful too!!

very enjoyable. First I was referred to the salon by a friend to get a fresh look after losing 20 pds, I went to Mickey and I can say without any hesitation she was so positive and made me feel and look like a million bucks. My haircut and new color were just what I needed and I have had so many compliments. This was one on the best color she choose for me and my haircut is so fresh. I then came back to have my face done and I really have to say Georgia did wonders, I would highly recommend anyone to them.
