Best in Town. This is absolutely my favorite place to shop. The selection of merchandise is the most unique--even better than many specialty stores in big cities. The selection of shoes, gifts, and accessories always makes me want to buy more and the sales staff is well informed and always helpful. The special events are truly fabulous and a good time is always had by all. There is no need to go anywhere else--they have everything you need for yourself or that special someone.

wonderful place to shop. Monkeys & Mermaids is a wonderful place to shop. They always have the latest styles of jewelry, handbags and accessories and the perfect selection of gifts for every occasion. Their customer service is second to none and they always go the extra mile to take care of my every need. Their staff is always warm and friendly and make it a very special place to shop. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They cheat the artists whose products they carry. They convinced me (small handmade artist) to offer them credit and to send them $850 worth of jewelry and gift products. Its been 9 months and they have never paid despite many many calls and letters and read these reviews, apparently they do this to many artists- do not shop there and definbitly do not sell to them!

Wish I had done a search on them first!

Fabulous Place To Shop. I have shopped at Monkeys & Mermaids for years--they are my go to place for every gift need I have. They have a wonderful selection of gifts for birthdays, holidays and special occasions and the service is beyond outstanding. They also have the latest and greatest shoes, handbags and accessories, all at excellent prices. Everyone that works there is super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the products they sell, and always willing to help without being pushy. Without at doubt, this is the best place in town to shop.

Never going back!!!. Yes, I went in the store and walked around for about 10 minutes, no one ever spoke or even acknowledged that I was even there. Thought it was a gift store, went looking for girlfriend gifts and found overpriced shoes!!
