One of a kind. We are from Wisconsin and where spending a few days in the Charlotte area in October. We stumbled upon this restuarant while actually looking for another. Lucky us we decided on Fiamma. This is not dining, this is an experience. The wait staff is friendly and has expert knowledge of the menu. The food and atmosphere are unbeatable. The owners red sauce is truly an experience even for the most discerning palate. We are going to be flying through Charlotte in January and have scheduled the layover so that we have enough time to jump in a cab and get to Fiamma!

Amazing authentic Italian experience. This is our third visit. Each one has been impressive. The staff is courteous and friendly, of course. The decor is classy, yes. BUT, what is amazing is the quality of the cuisine. Like stepping into a fine restaurant in Tuscany (which we have done) only its right here in Charlotte. Everything is fresh and hand make. They grind their own vanilla for the custard. The pasta is made on site and is perfection. The seafood is not thawed, but fresh and exquisite. The home-made bread is worth the meal itself. This is local cuisine at its finest. We will be regulars.
