I have been around the horn with Property Management Companies. It amazes me that it always comes back to the basics. Word of mouth is the Best Advertisement. Forget all the advertising and talk to people who have been doing Investment Real Estate. They will tell you who does a Great job. That's how I found Elite Team Realty and I have never looked back. I am an Investor and I want to recommend Elite Team to anyone who is looking for Property Management or Investment Real Estate. I looked around Charlotte for some time before I found out about Elite Team. It cost me dearly not to get hooked up with them first. Hopefully this will help someone else not to waste time and money with other Companies. I found their experience in the greater Charlotte area to be profitable.

Great Team!!. I have been with Elite Team Realty for 5 years. I have Bought and Sold through them and they are by far in the Top 5% of companies I have ever dealt with in the US. They are The Best at Property Management I have ever done business with and I refer them to all my friends. Their integrity and Professionalism is flawless! I am extremely satisfied with their performance and would highly recommend their services. Thanks Again for the great run Elite Team!

Best realtors in Town!. I had such a wonderful experience selling my house with Elite Team Realty.

I have had my house listed with a huge company prior to this, and had nothing but inefficient, dishonest, lazy agents. I could not sell my house for 4 years. The house was nearly brand new, and in pristine condition, and although it was listed at their recommended asking price, I could not sell this house. I listed my house with Elite Team Realty, and immediately sold the home. They were efficient negotiators, and very professional throughout the process. Ironically, they had to negotiate against my former realty company, "The Evil Giant" and really showed them up. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is, and I highly recommend them. If you really want an honest, sincere and hardworking Realtor, who will truly represent you, the client, and not themselves....use Elite Team Realty!!!!

Reviews written by employees. Be warned! I'd be willing to bet that these positive reviews are written by Elite Team employees. Take note about the all-caps words in a majority of the reviews. I've had nothing but trouble once I've started working with them.

What more could you ask!. I am glad to say that I finally found a Property Management Company that I can truly give a good reference! What a surprise cause every year it was my routine to look for another Management Company. I have property all over the country and good management is HARD TO FIND! Elite Team is by far the Best I have dealt with and it all stems from the attitudes of the people in the company. Their follow up is Superb! I am so pleased to post this referral that they ask me to put here. We are in our second year and it keeps getting better! Thanks Again Elite Team!

Great Team!. I have had a very difficult time finding a good Property Management Company. My family came to Charlotte for a job and then we were transfered. I had two bad experiences with other Property Management firms. I was referred over a year ago to Elite Team Realty. What a relief it has been to be with this group of professionals. I waited to write this just be sure and we just renewed my tenants for the second year. They never missed a payment. Thank you Elite Team!
