Great Job!!!!!!!!. I rarely do this but, I must write something to explain how Awesome of a job Elite Team has done. I have had nothing but, BAD experiences with Property Management Companies. I have been drawn in by all the promises...No Money down ,No extra fees and NO follow through until I got Elite Team Realty. They really do the job and everything they promised they delivered. They weren't the Cheapest but, I got way more than I paid for and They deserve a lot of credit. Thank You for your Professionalism and your commitment to customer service. Charlotte's Finest. This Company is the most people friendly and Professional I have ever dealt with any where in the US. I am an Investor with multiple Properties and some in different states. I know the difference between Property Mgt. and Real Estate Companies and Elite Team is ELITE!!! Thanks to Elite Team for the hard work and dedication to Owners and tenants. When I came to Elite some of my Properties had tenants some did not. Even my tenants rave about this company and it's treatment of customers. I can not say enough about the character of Elite Team and the way they execute the process of managing my Properties. Happy Holidays to Elite Team and Thanks Again!

satisfied I am with this Company. Great Service in a time when service is at a premium. Great Attitudes when negative is everywhere. Thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!111. I am an elder lady and I have never been treated more professionally and respectfully. I was a tenant and I bought my home through Elite Team. I want to say a Special THANKS to those folks for their good work!! I just found out that my home is worth more than I paid for it. Thanks Again Elite Team!

EXCELLENT!!!. Elite Team Realty has the system and people to provide the Investor with professional handling of their property. The best communication so the investor can stay proactive but, I don't have to call them. 24 hours a day on line interactive access to my accounts. I can manage multiple properties with Elite easier than one with someone else. I love the way they care for my properties and care for the Tenants to create a good opportunity to Renew my tenants which saves me money. Thanks Elite Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!. Elite Team Asked me to enter my comments cause I told them I was happy. The Elite Team is great and after a year and a half with them. These Guys are the Best!. My experience with elite is based on 2 years of rental experience. I have nothing but, the absolute best to say about these guys. Truly a pleasure to deal with them in every way. They walk the walk and I think they deserve to talk the talk. They have been working on selling a house and as yet we haven't found the right one. They are on their game and I had to write something to express my deepest appreciation. Thanks Elite!

Awesome !!!. I am an elderly lady . I was looking for a rental in Charlotte .I found after sometime the Best Property Management and Real Estate Company in Charlotte. I can not say enough about these folks professionalism, courteous behavior, and customer service. I rented from them for a year. Then I bought a home from their experienced staff. Low and behold I found out that I already have made money. Thanks Elite Team keep up the good work!!!
