I finally found her! My Esthetician Lucy Stephan!. I'm so glad this facility closed like 2 months ago and I have been looking for my Esthetician Lucy Stephan. She is the best! She is now at Valeria Salon and Med Spa! If anyone wants to find her this is where she is! This facility is top notch. You should go check it out! I loved my experience with her!

BEWARE..... DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place is a rip off !!

Went in to inquire / get Botox.... Was told what I really needed was a chemical peel, my skin would look great, so I agree... Have the peel done. Next, they are selling me/trying to sell me all kinds of creams, mositurizers, facial cleaning machines, ( $500+ later) then they are trying to now sell me the Botox I originally went in for plus a "discounted plan for another chemical peel" BEWARE!!! My skin is dryer than the desert. The EXACT products they are selling you can get off of Ebay for 1/3 the price, I complained 2 days after the peel about my face and told them I dont want the 2nd one the sold me its HORRIBLE. They dont issue refunds. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, there is no wonder I never see anyone in the place !!!

Excellent service and atmosphere!. A great place to treat yourself to awesome pampering. I've been a client for about 1 1/2 years and they never cease to amaze me. They carry many lines of wonderful products. The Glo Mineral cosmetic line is just the best. I really appreciate the "no pressure" when browsing - I've never felt I had to purchase a product or service. I like the way they customize the best treatments and products for you - not a "One product line fits all" approach. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Just love the microderm facials - Jill is awesome. Love the massages too!! This place is the one-stop pampering spa!

Absolutely wonderful facialist!!!!. I first went to Ageless about 1yr ago, I brought all of my skincare stuff to Lucy, my facialist, to evaluate and had a great consultation. I was tired of buying drugstore stuff products that flopped. She is very knowledgeable about skincare ingredients and what works well on which types of skin. I have had micro d facials from Lucy about 5-6 times, whenever I had the extra cash. It is so worth it. I have had facials at Carmen Carmen, Ballantyne resort, etc. and Lucy is very thorough and pampering, the absolute best. I had my 1st chem. peel recently and LOVED it. In the past year my skin has improved dramatically. With Lucy and Ageless remedies, I feel as if they really care about finding what works that THEY can do and what I can do to improve my skin, she is not just "pushing products" like is done other places. If your skin is not behaving or you are beginning to worry about aging, or just want to be pampered, you have to see these guys!!!!

Crazy about skincare here. If you want to get a great facial, great skincare, and really relax, this is the place. I started coming when my friend told me about them. I always get facials or peels and have seen an amazing change with my skin since I started coming here. I've also gotten Botox from their PA, and that worked great. The acne that was bothering me has pretty much disappeared. I think its the products that they recommend and the pore facials and peels that have really helped. The spa is very clean and pretty, and the staff here is great. They are very friendly and they really care about you. I enjoy coming because I know that it's my time to relax, without the kids whining or anything else. But the important thing to me is the results. I've used two estheticians and found them both to be really good. Believe me, they know their stuff and their stuff really works! The longest I've had to wait for service is five minutes and I've been here now about 8 times. I highly recommend this spa.

Best Microderms - anywhere!. I chose this spa because it was convenient, but now I think I will keep coming. I was immediately greeted and made to feel comfortable. The service was very good. Actually, I learned alot about my skin in my meeting with the aesthetician, who seems extremely knowledgeable. She helped my select the right products, and did not try to oversell me on expensive services or products. I've had several microderms at different places, and thought the one I got here was the absollute best! I am definitely coming back. I highly recommend this spa!

Greatest Med Spa Offers everything from Facials to Botox. I went to this med spa with not very high expecations, I have always went to more traditonal spas,

and was kinda afraid of this spa because of the word MED in front of it. But My sister in law insisted that

I give them a try, so I did I had a Fire and Ice Facial, it was fantastic . It reminded me of the traditonal facials I'm used to but with a little more edge to it. The Esthetician explained that the fire is like getting a mild enzyme peel which made my face feel inviograted. The Ice was very cooling and made my skin so soft

and supple. I loved my experience with Ageless Remedies, they were very professional and spent

alot of time with me during my consultation and when they checked me out they were efficient and knowledgable with there skincare reccomendations. I'm plan to continue my service 's and skincare needs there. I would recommend this to everyone.

The best staff! They really care!. I am a regular at Ageless Remedies, and I absolutley love it! The staff there is great, and seems to really care. The girls are very knowledgeable about the procedures and they helped me pick out the ones that would be the best for me. They do not pressure you into anything. They have great specials. I get the Laser Hair removal, along with the spray on tans and microderms. I just think this place is great!!! Everyone should go here!
