My HOA has used this company for years and they have always been great, IMO. One thing I've learned by serving on HOA committees is that you can't blame the management for decisions the board makes, which is what I see on some these negative reviews. Cedar has been great for us.

Cedar has managed the HOA I live in for 2 years now, and I think they have done a great job. I saw some other reviews that blame the management company for rules that the board created, but as an experienced HOA resident, I can tell you that Cedar Management Group is one of the best in the industry. Thank you Cedar!

I hate this HOA, they never follow through with what you talk on the phone and their customer service is horrible and also you can never talk to someone, and when you do it's an overflow person who can't help you. Big on promises and bad on follow through. My five year old can run a company better

I have been asking the board of my community to use another management group. The sidewalk in front of my house is cracked and will cost a couple hundred dollars to fix and if I didn't have to pay the expensive HOA dues I could fix it and they won't fix it. Its a hazard waiting to happen. Please beware, your trusting your house with this place

I don't like the customer support or the home owners support of this company. My dues are half the price of my mortgage, a very big expense and they have hidden policies that they don't tell you about until it benefits them and they receive money from charging your fines. I feel like the only thing they want is my money and not to make my living in the community comfortable and plus they made it where you can't have pets either. Who doesn't have dogs, I couldn't sell my home because people want to bring there dog with them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Great Service and Follow up. I have been on my Board of Directors for 2 years. We made a hard decision to leave our management company last year. The service had gone down and the staff did not care about our situation. We found Cedar and have been very happy with the service and follow up. Our research allowed us to visit several companies in the area (on-site). We were impressed with our visit to the Cedar building. First impressions were great and the service has continued. They offered us savings and have given us overall better service. Check them out for sure. Thanks Jason, Maddy and all the gang at CMG for the hard work and efforts.
