amazing customer service.... I moved to Charlotte recently and have shopped at various Neiman Marcus stores. I am usually skeptical of shopping with new sales associates; however the Charlotte store was extremely welcoming. Ben in the ladies shoe area was very knowledgeable and is most definitely recommended in every area of the store.

My only concern is that the other salespeople throughout the store made it so obvious that they were commission based. People in the south need to learn some TACT!!!
