I purchased a living social for me an one as a gift for a friend. We both tried to use it and every time we tried to setup an appointment they were very short and rude, by two different people, the owner and a guy. They acted like we were bothering them by trying to give them business. After 3 failed attempts to setup an appointment, I contacted Living Social and asked for my money back, I refuse to pay for bad service, even at a discounted price.

Don't waste your time or money with this business.

Rudest people i have ever met..dont waste your time or money going to this salon! They should be shut down! I will never return and i will spread the word so no one else does either!!! I cant believe they are still open not to mention they are in myers park! I cant see many people from around that area putting up with the attitudes of the workers. The place also looks very dumpy and doesnt fit in myers park.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME!!!!

Quality of Service Varies. Clean salon. The attitude of the owner swings from friendly to snapping. Quality of service varies depending on the attitude of the day.

Very Rude. I had a very similar experience to another customer in here regarding my Living Social coupon. I was told the coupon I brought in was already used by another person but if I could bring in my second one I would be reimbursed for the difference. Not a huge deal except I lived too far away to come back that day. I work in the area, so the man took down my name and I took his contact information and he told me just to come back in the week. I went back with the other voucher and was told the man who was giving me all my information before was in fact not the manager. They called him and he told the women he had no idea what I was talking about. Then the owner kept telling me "if this was an American nail salon..." like I was racially targeting them. And then they threatened to call the cops. Never have I been treated so poorly in my life. The place was clean but the pedicure itself was fair at best. Would not recommend in any circumstances!

Terrible Attitude if your New. Unfortunately, after a Living Social coupon, my experience there was awful and embarrassing. I had the pedicure with callous removal and as I was drying, they accused me of using a coupon two times. I was baffled. They searched my name and said another person came in with the same first name..."No Kidding"?? How many Mary's are there in Charlotte? Does this justify accusing me of being there before...who does that. I told them to look up the account number and only one girl stated they were sorry. The one who accused me stared at me the whole time. I was profiled and don't recommend this place to anyone who treats new customers in that manner. If your a reg...of course you get special treatment. Not Here..Don't Go!!!

Love this salon!. have been using Myers Park Salon for over four years or more. Always greeted kindly and they do a great job on my nails and toes! I particularly like the "pink and white" for my nails. I highly recommend this salon to you! Tina, Holly, Kim and everyone are great!.
