Horrible!

I live 5 minutes away so very fast & easy on a friday night. Anyways, ive been going to the location since they opened and never had a problem until recent changes in shift supervsiors. Second to last time I went they charged my account 24.xx twice, last time i went my order was not correct. 2 out of 4 trays were right. other half wrong. so i called and said they would replace both wrong trays... went there came BACK home and my burgers were cold, they just threw in a few more fries and covered the other order with chili cheese, not a big deal to most. but i dont have time or gas to keep doing this, and i think if i pay for something i should recieve the right orders. just a little aggravated, calling cooperate in the morning.

Great Food!

Went to the location on S Tryon. Being new to Charlotte, I had never heard of Cook Out, but tried it because a co-worker said they had great milkshakes and hot dogs. I ordered a slaw dog, onion rings and vanilla milkshake and it was GREAT! That was the best hot dog I have had in a really long time. If you like a super thick milkshakes, you'll enjoy theirs. The onion rings were also good, but were more along the lines of frozen in a box, not homemade. On a later visit, I tried the Cheddar Burger which was extra cheesy and had grilled onion on it. It was also delicious! Both times I have gone, I have been extra pleased at the prices!! You can feed 2 people for under $10 and have great food! The next time I'm in the mood for a hot dog or good burger, I will skip normal fast food joints like McDonalds, Burger King and Jack in the Box and head straight to Cook Out.

The service is pleasant, the food is great......you all are doing a great job...BUT we need one in South Carolina!
