Worst Wait Ever. I have been to the Carolina Digestive Health office in Davidson twice. The first time I waited for 1 full hour before being seen. I asked the nurse about this and she said that they knew it was a problem, but it was out of her hands.

My second visit was today. I waited 1 hour again, then told the receptionist that I need to make another appointment soon. She said I was next to go back, which I was. I asked the nurse again about this waiting issue and she explained that the doctor likes to take her time with each patient-- which is great-- but that the system is set up to book patients in every 10-15 minutes-- not so good. I asked why they didn't change the system to allow for more time for patient visits and she said it was complicated.

I waited in the exam room for 15 minutes for the doctor, then I asked for my co-pay back and walked out.

I waited for 1 hour 15 minutes, this is unacceptable.

I don't know if it is that practice or that office or that doctor-- but they have no respect for patients' time.
