Excellent Dominican Hair Dresser!. After i moved to Charlotte from NYC i was looking for a Dominican person to do my hair and i was going from place to place until i got a bad perm burn that left me scare to ever get one again. A co- worker mentioned Mercedes to me and i took her word since her hair looked good.... i have being mercede's client for a year now and i cannot be any happier. as of now my hair is strong and full and i do not have any more sensitive scalp problems. Give it a try and you will be as happy as i'm with my hair now.
