Awsome Food!!!. I DO NOT understand what these other folks are talking about. I live just a couple of miles from this place and my family eats there several times a month. The service has always been very good and the food is GREAT. Awsome pizza and the Eggplant Rollatini is the best in the South. We've NEVER had a problem at this place. And the lunch specials are the best value in Charlotte. However,

It used to be a Mellow Mushroom and they have retained the same horribly uncomfortable seating and poor layout. They really need to remodel. Buth other than that , a really really great place to eat

Rude, Rude, Rude. I dont even know where to begin, we work nearby and are frequent (every day) customers, the food is great but the servers are horrible. They are so rude on the phone and in person! My order is rarely ever right, and they arent even apologetic. Dont know if we will be going back anytime soon.

Bad Customer Service. USED to be a regular at this restaurant, it does have great food. Unfortunately we just went there and my husband got sick off of the clam linguine. Probably a bad clam, happens right? The manager was awful. No people skills. Didn't even offer to get my husband any water as he is getting sick in their bathroom. Her response, I thought everything was ok....After asking for $12 back (the price of the meal) and 20 minutes later she hands us a gift card for $12. Don't think so. Won't be back. After 20 more minutes she hands me the $12 cash. Thanks so much. My husband, who is sick, just had to wait 40 MINUTES!!!!!! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible....and so sad they just lost 2 regular customers.

So in short....good food, BAD customer service, not worth it......
