I normally wouldn't shop in this type of puppy mill environment but I needed some fish and this was the only place close by. The very young girl actually picked up my fish several times and handled them with her unwashed hands after dropping them several times on the floor. She let some of them sit on the floor so long I reached down to get them myself. Another teenager walked by and tried to say something and she spouted off praising her incompetence as being too good to try something someone else's way. Most of the fish were dead when i got home. The entire store is run by teen age girls who have no knowledge of the needs of these animals and just want to make a sale. My original instincts about the store were correct, I would never shop there again.

Pros: location

Cons: animals treated badly

I don't like to talk bad about anyone or any business. I felt that the general public needs to know about this store. The store looks really clean and has little or no animal ordor in it. After talking to the sales associates I realized they were just trying to sell me animals, they didn't care if I knew how to take care of them, they were just trying to get a sale from me. I have many animals and I have a pretty good knowledge of animals. I soon realized that they didn't know what they were talking about when it comes to the care of the animals they sell. I think they were making it up as they went. I looked at the puppies and I noticed many of them had shaved legs where it looked like they had IVs in their arms. I asked a sales person about that and they said occasionally they get sick and they have to put an IV in. Well over half the puppies had a shaved leg, OVER HALF. It looked like they had over 80 puppies in there, that means over 40 puppies at that time had been sick, who knows how many are in the back sick. This store needs to get shut down, there is no excuse for having that many sick puppies in their store.

Pros: clean and nice store, big selection of products

Cons: animals are all sick, prices are outragious for products and animals, looks like the owners only care about money not about animals
