Good experience

Good office. Nice staff. My contacts are great and my prescription is legally blind. Exams are fast and efficient.
Very convenient location

I have been going to Dr Moore for years. The wait is not always that bad. It depends on when you go. It is always nuts at lunch time. Better in the mornings. But I have always had a good experience there. It is very convenient to where I work and the exam doesn?t take too long.
- Pros: Convenient, nice doctor
Best one for me

This office is very busy. I notice this every time I walk by on the way to lunch. But once you have the chance to get your eyes checked there, you will not want to go anywhere else. The staff is fantastic and the doctor is very nice. He took the time to answer every question I had. Plus the glasses selection they have is the best I have ever seen.
- Pros: Staff, doctors, glasses selection
- Cons: none
Avoid This Place
by GuyinTown999 at Citysearch
I went to see this Doctor so many times in a few months, but he still couldn't get it right. The lenses he gave me were blurry. Also, each time I went to their office, they made me wait for at least 40 min, it was killing my lunch time. With a recommendation from one of my friends, I went to see a different doctor in the suburb, and he completed everything for me within just two visits. Now I can see better. Steven Moor and Associates is located in a very convenient place in downtown, but this place is a trap, I would never go back there.
- Pros: Nice Location
- Cons: Poor Service, Long Wait, Always Crowded
Nice Doctors but very poor service
by CharlotteGirl23 at Citysearch
The Doctors here are very nice but they only want your money. I saw the Doctor 3 times in an a week and a half and they charged me my co-pay each time but still wouldn't give me an eye exam until "my problem" was cleared up. He kept wanting me to come back so I went to another doctor for a second opinion and that doctor said my problem was definitely cleared up. I had to wait 30 minutes each time I went for the visit and the other doctor said there was no need to see a patient that much in a week and a half. Its a good location if you work uptown but I guess they need to keep patients coming back so they can pay their high rent!
- Pros: location, nice doctors
- Cons: service, service, service
