Favorite Store in Charlotte. I recently found this store and don't know how I've gone without it until now. They have a ton of great stuff. The girls there are wonderful and super friendly. I didn't feel any pressure as the girls were not too agressive like you find in some mall stores. They just kept an easy-going casual conversation going instead. Next thing you know, I was looking at things I didn't even need. (those are the best kinds of things anyways) I don't have the easiest shape to fit and they were able to help me find not one, but two pairs of jeans (a miracle!). I highly reccomend it!

bottom of the barrel boutique. I completely agree with the other reviewers... I've been in a couple times (bought 3 groupons w/o ever having been in.. bad idea), and each time I go in it's the same routine:

1. The store usually smells due to a dog that is always milling around or sleeping by the door or clothes(!) - it's disgusting (and I'm a dog lover).

2. The girl who works there (always the same) is not friendly or approachable. I've never been properly greeted or offered assistance.

3. I select a few items items I like, never am acknowledged, get fed up, and leave.

SO.. I have never made a purchase there... so maybe the cold attitude is a rouse and they shower you with compliments, gifts, and adoration at check-out, but I doubt it. With so many lovely boutiques in the area, I would never choose to shop at Her Therapy, and I doubt I'll ever be able to use my groupons since I hate the shopping experience there.. it really feels like a chore. With warm service, I spend money and often buy more than planned and would recommend highly.. this girl who works there is doing the business a disservice.

Love This Store!. I actually found this store after they ran a deal on groupon. I couldn't be more impressed. From the second I walked in the door, I was greeted by the nicest young lady who was nothing but friendly. It was almost like talking to an old friend. She helped me find everything I needed and several things I didn't need but fell in love with anyways. Their selection of dresses is amazing! I found a great dress for my son's rehearsal dinner for his upcoming wedding. I can't wait to go back!

Customer service???. I received the worst customer service at Her Therapy today! I was the only customer in the store for 15 minutes and the two sales girls never said a word to me! A simple "hello", "welcome", or "let us know if we can help you" would have been nice. Instead, they continued on with their catty and obnoxious conversation. I was actually ready to try on and buy a dress but wasn't about to waste my time or money. It's all about the customer service girls (or lack there of).

Horrible. This place is a nightmare and the staff is horrible. It is impossible to find anything. The people who work there act like stuck up teeny boppers. If you want to pay a $100 dollars for a basic t-shirt, this is the place to go. I wouldn?t waste your time with this store.

best mercahndise around. I love the amount of merchandise they have! I hate going in stores that have a little amount because I can never find a thing! The sales staff is knowlegable, friendly, and some of the best I have ever encountered. Their sales are awesome stuff goess striaght down to 50 - 70 % off and they have really cute t-shirts for $20 all the time!

Overflowing but great!. Yes, there is a ton of stuff. I am just thankful I do not have to do inventory there! I get totally overwhelmed by too much merchandise, that is why I avoid department stores. When I first walked in, I did feel a bit anxious and overwhelmed by the amount of inventory. But, I just expressed this to the owner and explained what I was looking for...voila, she went and found the perfect things. I say, let them do the work. They know the merchandise.

Stressed out at Her Therapy!. I left Her Therapy stressed out!! The store has loads of disorganized clothes you have to dig at to view, the staff is more interested in talking to each other, and a hundred dollars will buy you a tee shirt if your lucky. Good luck to you if you decide to go. Try to at least go when there is a sale which appartently doesn't happen to often. They have a strict "no return policy" on all sale items so make sure you love whatever you decide to purchase. Who knows....maybe they with decide to try harder to please their customers! This is the first negative review I have ever written in my life. I would be willing to try again if they seemed to care alittle more if a customer left stressed!!
