Tips for Wild Wing Cafe

Horrible service -- not worth the trouble!. Service is horribly bad. Waiters either ignore you or cop an attitude...as if it's some kind of honor to be eating there.

No thanks. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of other sports bars and BBQ joints. Be good to yourself and avoid this one!!

Poor Management and Customers get ripped off...... Been to the Arsley Wild Wing cafe location a handful of times and never had an issue other than slow customer service which unfortunately is a standard in the industry when your staff is college and high school age.

Recently gone for some drinks with a few fellow colleagues from work for happy hour. When it came to get our checks they had all 4 of our checks incorrect (wrong choice of beers and prices) and one of them even had 5 extra beers charged to it. When we approached them about the 5 extra beers being on the check they quickly said, "Oh, well it was shift change and because of 3-4 bartenders giving you drinks it must have accidentally happened and we can remove 2 beers only. So we still got charged for 3 beers that nobody got or drank. Spoke to a supervisor/manager that clearly was uneducated and clueless of how to problem solve. All he could say was it seems correct to me based on how long you were here even though every else's check was accurate in the # of beers, just not accurate in the actual beer of choice. Asked to speak to somebody else that hopefully would have some management experience as well as common sense, however that doesn't exist in this establishment. He said, "the next time we come in to let him know and he will hook us up with our drinks." Yeah, like if we come in 2 weeks from now or a month, this guy will remember us. An educated or experienced management staff would have either corrected the error or at the very least given a gift card for the $10-$12 over charge. Not at this place unfortunately.

This management staff doesn't understand business and the importance to customer service. I have no problem with mistakes being made on a bill, however I expect the mistakes to be rectified and when the solution is not equal or better to the problem that is when things become an issue.

Since this incident I have spoken to other friends and previous customers of Wild Wing cafe in Arsley to get their opinions on their experience. Shockingly, I found the majority of these people all said that they also have had very poor customer service experiences and also been overcharged on their checks as well. When asked if they knew the individual that overcharged them, they all stated what seems to be the same individual. White male bartender, dirty blonde hair that is sort of spiked up and about 6'1 in height. This is the same guy that is suppose to be a manager/supervisor I spoke with and was absolutely clueless.

If you choose to dine/drink at this establishment in Arsley, please keep track of everything you order and if necessary ask for a new receipt after each drink to be sure it is correct. It's a shame that some poor staffing can ruin this establishment because they actually do have very quality wings, however I would recommend to go to Wing King 2 miles down S. Tryon to get just as quality of wings and much better customer service and staff.

Maybe for takeout. My sister and I wanted wings and decided to go to Wild Wing. I had ordered takeout wings from them when they first opened and they were good and had a lot of variety, but had not been back since we do not live in that area. We walked in and stood at the hostess stand for 5-6 minutes, about 4 different waitresses walked by and totally ignored us. No "Someone will be right with you,", no eye contact, nothing! And it was about 1pm on Sunday and the place was almost empty, we had so much time to stand there and look around. I only saw 4 tables of customers and about 3 customers sitting at the bar. You can only stand around for so long before feeling dumb and like they did not want our business. So, we left and saw a sign for Salsa's, they had opened up in the same shopping ctr. We accidentally walked in the BACK DOOR, and were seated RIGHT AWAY...what a contrast. SO, maybe manners do not matter if you are just picking up take out, but I will satisfy my wing craving elsewhere.
