Numerous broken commitments. Oct 10, 2007. Over 30 days ago Derrick Hooper, the owner, said the drain pipe from our AC unit in attic needed cleaning. The pipes had never leaked prior to this "service". After cleaning the pipes leaked which we discovered the next day when water dripped from the sheet rock to the carpet in the upstairs hall. (Sheet rock damage.) I have left numerous messages and he doesn't return my calls. I did manage to get Derrick on the phone three times (I finally had to call from phones that he wouldn't recognize the phone number) and scheduled a time for the repairs. No one showed. The last time I spoke to Derrick he became indignant, literally cussed out his employees and blamed them for not showing, said he would personally take care of it and scheduled a time for the next morning. No show. This servicing of the AC unit was included with service I had previously paid for in full. When I paid Derrick he said he would email an invoice/receipt. I have repeatedly requested this invoice and have never received it. Derrick made numerous commitments to me that were not kept. Beware, Derrick will talk to you like he is your best friend in the world. I have filed a complaint. Avoid this company like the plague!
