The best of the best!

I absolutely LOVE this salon and couldn't agree more with the reviews below- the service is truly exceptional, the staff is beyond friendly and inviting, and the level of expertise is completely on-point. I'm very picky about my hair and Tia patiently sits with me while I explain what I want- even though it's completely unnecessary because she is a hair magician and makes my hair perfect EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Seriously. I've not unfortunately moved to Raleigh and don't have much time off to make it to Charlotte, but whenever I do I try to schedule an appointment with her because it is worth the wait!

I LOVE DAVID ROSS SALON

Every 6 weeks I treat myself to a visit with my all time favorite PROFESSIONAL hair stylist, Shawn, at David Ross' salon. I walk in and feel so welcome,....I know almost everyone by name and they are all really friendly! Shawn's skill at managing my "do" from style, cut, to color always garners compliments from my Sweetie and often from complete strangers! My hair consistently looks healthy and well, pretty! I have been with Shawn for over four years and would never consider changing,...she has such talent and is utterly adorable to boot!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON (and TIA)

I love this salon! I was visiting my sister for the weekend and wanted to get my hair done while I was in town. Before making an appointment, I read a bunch of reviews for a bunch of different salons in the Charlotte area. Based on the reviews, I made an appointment for a Brazilian Keratin Treatment at the David Ross Salon. I am so happy with the results! My stylist, Tia, is amazing! I'm African American with natural hair so I was not sure how well the Brazilian Keratin Treatment would work for my hair. After my consultation, Tia told me that I would love the results...and she was 100% correct. She took time to explain the process and the after care...I also had some highlights put in my hair before the treatment (I left it up to Tia to decide what color highlights to put in). The color is beautiful! I will definitely come back to this salon to get my hair done...and I don't even live in the Charlotte (I live in Ohio)! That's how much I love the service I received from Tia. I am willing to drive 7.5 hours to get my hair done at this salon!

Their customer service is also worth mentioning. They have a very friendly and professional staff.

Has become my salon

I LOVE Amanda. When I moved to Charlotte, I tried a few places and just was not happy. I am picky about my hair. Now I only go to David Ross to have Amanda cut my hair. She gives a great cut and listens to what you want and can create a great cut even if you just go "I want something different but have no idea what."

Even though I now live up by Lake Norman, I still drive to Southend to get my hair cut.

Great stylists

I've been going to David Ross Salon for years. I can recommend it to a friend (man, woman, grandparent, teenager) and honestly tell them that any stylist they see will do a fantastic job - cuts, color, styling, anything. It's a fantastic, welcoming place and you leave feeling beautiful every single time.
