Dr.Helms is the best! I had three wisdom teeth pulled in one visit without sedation. I was terrified. However, all of the staff members helped to put me at ease and the best part of all was that I didn't feel a thing. I would recommend this office for anyone who wants excellent customer service, quality dental work.

Dr. Kakouras always gives me the highest quality dental work and advice, and he does it with the utmost patience and the friendliest manner. Not only that, but every procedure I've had has been pain free and has left me feeling very happy and confident with my smile! He takes time to explain dental health thoroughly, answer all questions, and even make small talk to keep you relaxed during a procedure. He is even delighted to chat when you see him in the hall, and I'm confident in saying I've enjoyed talking with him so much that he's the only dentist I've had who I'd grab a beer with! He sincerely cares about his patients' well being and he goes out of his way to make sure you have hands-down the best quality teeth with the most glamorous smile, and therefore the best quality of life.

Words can't even describe how kind they've been to my mother. She's 83 now and had to have new dentures made because the ones she's had for the last 30 years finally gave out on her and she couldn't really chew her food anymore. Dr. K has taken a lot of time with her to make sure that the dentures fit just right even though my mom has been kinda picky about it. They allowed us to make payments on the dentures also which really helped because the other office we were at wanted over a bunch of money up front just to start on them. We just feel so blessed to have found this dentist which is full of kind people who actually care about their patients. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the area who is looking for a dentist in Charlotte.

My entire family have been patients of Dr. K's excellent family dental care practice for more than 6 years. He and his team provide excellent care and Dr. K himself always is investigating new technologies and approaches to make dentistry better for his patients. We appreciate this constant striving for excellence and the great care, which helped us introduce our children to good dental hygiene in a friendly environment and which continues to serve all of us well now that they are adults. I could not recommend Dr. K and his great staff, which includes our long-term dental hygienist, more highly.

Very convenient location. Staff are very friendly. The dentist, Dr. K was very nice. I went there for deep cleaning which was recommended by other dentistry, but they said, I don't need deep cleaning and other location had wrong estimates of my gum tissue sizes. He even canceled 3 deep cleaning appointments and went with regular cleaning. He did very good job. Kakouras family Dentistry - you can definitely trust them, they tell the truth, no cheating. They value your money and time.

I wanted to share my first experience about this dental practice. Usually I dread going, waiting and getting my teeth cleaned, but a had a great visit with Dr. Helms. She is a professional, really down to earth dentist who seems to care about not just your dental health, but you as a person. Their office is very sterile and clean and you can even watch TV while sitting in the chair. Overall I loved it and don't mind going back for my next cleaning.

Visiting the dentist has always been my least favorite health appointment, I had avoided going for a long time, but after moving back to Charlotte NC, I knew it was time for just a check up. While a dentist appointment is never really something anyone looks forward to I must say going to Dr. Helms has only been a positive experience, and I actually don't mind going to the dentist for the first time in years! I leave with the great dentist clean feeling without my gums being water picked to death. I have seen both Dr. Helms and Dr. K, both are very professional, friendly and give you plenty of options if something needs to be done. My insurance covers my visits, but the prices are reasonable that I would stay with them even if insurance changed. Highly recommend.

This dentist office is very good. They welcome you with a friendly greeting when you walk in the door. The staff helped with my insurance and got it all figured for me. Dr. Helms is a great dentist. She informs you completely on what she will be doing and what it entails. Very professional and friendly staff and dentists.

I have had several good experiences with this dentistry. Over the last year and half, Dr. Helms and Dr. T have been taking care of me. They are thorough in their examinations and my cleanings. My teeth always feel better after a good cleaning. Highly recommend.

One of the best things I love about this Charlotte dentist is the fact their staff speaks Vietnamese and are helpful. They really care about your well being of your teeth. I couldn't ask for anything better. I actually recommended 2 friends to come here.
