Waste of Money. I got a gift certificate and used it to get my color done and it was not good. My color looks dull and bland and the service there was bad. No one really talked and the place was prety empty. The girl who did my hair was nice but she acted like even she didn't like the place. The floors were pretty dirty and the salon was not very clean. I'm glad my husband had a goot heart to get me a gift certificate, but I surely let him know it is way overpriced and not worth the time or money.

Worst Hair Experience in my Life!!!. Energize Salon has the worst service in Charlotte. When I moved here from Fl, I went there because it seemed like a nice salon in a good area....I was wrong! I had my hair colored there and it was ok, not great...but whatever. When I went back 2 months later, Lynn did the color and it turned out horrible. The roots where still 1/2 inch and there was ungly brown streaks and I was mortified. I left and went home, thinking it would be ok, and I cried all night. The next day I went to another salon and had to pay over $200 to get it fixed. There were 4 +different shades of color, that had to be removed. When I contacted the salon to complain, they ignored me. I requested my money back and showed proof that I had to get it fixed and they refused. They were not friendly and I think the customer service is terrible. Their webiste says they stand by their product and service and they will gurantee your satisfaction....THAT IS A LIE. My advice, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SALON.
