spelling. Ms.Hastys, among other things, "environment" is spelled w/ an "e," not an "i." You spelled it the same way, twice. Not trying to be rude, but you really should know how to spell that.
AMAZING OUTSTANDING SALON !!! BEST AROUND. I have been a loyal customer of RedHeads hair studio from the time it opened .. The owner has been obviiously accomidating some people you can not please no matter what.. Better that type of client go to super cuts..My hair has always been outstanding in fact I travel the East and West Coast to have had my hair done by the supposed best and I will create my schedule around my hair appointments at Redheads hair studio.. The inviroment is always fun the owner Renee laughs and sings .. She has brought the uptown style to small town ... Thank you for your continued support of the community donating to locks of love, breast cancer walks,womens batter shelter, as well our local youth athletics and the many others that you support.. It is true women can have it all Renee Cristy is the prime example of Success !!!
Small clickish salon, Do not listen to what you want, not good customer service, owner never available. Just stay away. Not alot of good talent here. The owner claims to be a trainer for hair color, and that may be true, but they are very limited as they only use one type of hair color. When I first moved here, I had too much blonde in my hair, asked for some darker hairlights, etc. Long story short. She did not do my hair right the first time, highlights were way too chunky even though I specifically told her I do not like chunky, I like very thin highlights with about 3 - 5 colors. She did correct it at her expense, however, hair gets more damaged with multiple treatments. After color came out okay, I was stupid and went back, months later when it was time for new highlights. Did not give me color I wanted again, I did not make a big fuss, she offered to fix it again. So after that, I STILL tried to use them as they are close to my home. She never returned calls, took forever to get her on the phone, appts were hard to make, etc. They really seem to only excel at one type of color service, and they love chunky highlights, etc. Just not happy with service, made me feel as if I was being difficult even though I brought pictures of exactly what I wanted etc. How more clear could I be? I was very understanding, never got upset at the color, just told her what I did not like and she did offer to fix it, but it was clear when she stopped returning calls, etc. that she did not want or need my business, and I am also a very, very good tipper, but it was all for nothing. Very small and clickish type salon, be warned, you may not like them. They really want to take on simple, not too time consuming clients, like a restaurant that wants to turn tables quickly. Owner does not return calls, hours are not that good either. Sorry, I just do not like them at all.
