I was in bad need of a new do and stylist. I went here on recommendation and saw Sarah who totally rocked my hair! Very reasonable too. I will be back and I normally bounce from salon to salon.

Impressed. I have been going to Imagez Salon for some time now and today I was impressed! The salon looked amazing and the staff was very prompt when people walked in. The salon has always looked good, however this time everything was in place and you can tell that they are working really hard to make a difference. Great job guys, keep up the good work. I know if I can tell a difference then other people can too.

Dry and brittle to soft and shiney!. My hair has been so over processed by highlighting throughout the years and also dry and brittle from thyroid disease, I really thought I needed to get it all cut off to fix it. BUT, I went to Imagez to get something done and was totally AMAZED at how I left! I got a Keratin treatment and my hair felt brand new. I didn't have to get it cut short after all. I really should have done a "before and after" picture. I really did have amazingly soft, shiney hair! Still unbelievable. The stylist (Stephanie) took her sweet time on me and didn't rush me out the door. Customer service there is awesome! THANK YOU!!!

Exceptional!!. I have been in many salons, but this one stands out among the rest by far! One of their master stylists, Bryan Hall, has been doing my hair now for a year and I have never been happier with my hair. It has been the best better hair cut, dye job and keratin treatment I have ever had. I always walk out looking fabulous!

LOVED IT!. After years of having the same boring look, I finally decided to drastically change my cut and color. I was very apprehensive of who to trust with the task and after many reccomendations from friends Imagez Salon came up time and again.

My appointment with Bryan was an exceptional experience! Not only did he make me look fantastic, I felt like a new and refreshed me by the time I left! My highlights and all over color came out perfectly and the cut is the best I've had in my life! He is a perfectionist!

Top notch salon and top notch stylist!

WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL!. At first I was looking for someplace close by my house...convenient and good.

What I got was an amazing place that had the best employees that truly care about their customers.

Not only is their service outstanding their expertise is top notch. Am I happy that such an outstanding salon is close to me?...absolutely! HOWEVER.....I would make a long drive to Imagez if I had to. There are still some places worth the drive and Imagez is definitely one of those places!

Bryan is AWESOME!. I have had a couple appointments with Bryan and both times I have left soooo happy with what he has done to my hair. Recently he gave my son highlights and cut my daughters hair in the cutest bob style they were both very happy with the results! He made my 5 year old daughter feel like a big girl which made her day! I cant say enough about Bryan and his talent with hair! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

Disappointing. I went in looking to get an all-over color at my natural dark-blond and then have fresh highlights. I left the salon as a dark brunette. That night, the very expensive european hair color dye bled out of my hair - destroying my white bath towels and leaving me as a red head. The dark color continued to bleed for five washings.

When I went in to get it corrected, I was told that hair color always runs, especially since I didn't use their expensive salon brand of shampoo! In 15 years of having color and highlights, I have NEVER had hair color run before; no one I know has ever had their hair color run!

Their only solution was to do all over highlights to lighten up the dark hair and say that the red would fade in two weeks (or to strip - bleach - my hair of the dye and re-dye with a lighter color which I was not about to let them do). The highlights helped diffuse the too-dark color but were not done very well as I had "roots" showing and a couple of very obvious red spots remaining around my face.

It has been two weeks and the red has not faded and I have received comments about needing to get my roots done on highlights that are 2 weeks old!

I regret going here and will never go back. And I certainly do not recommend them to anyone!

LOVE IMAGEZ and STEPHANIE. My stylist moved from Imagez so I went to Stephanie KNOWING that I was going to love it ! The salon is so friendly it's like a big FAMILY !!! I love my hair and enjoy the pampering I get when I go there !!!
