Total dissapointment. I purchased the groupon deal a couple months back since I was new to the area and still looking for a stylist. When I went in for my cut and color I waited over 20 min for the stylist. She was cold and unfriendly through the entire process and was rushing. She made a comment seeming irritated that they were only booking two "Groupon customers" on Saturdays because they had "normal customers" to take care of too. I typically ALWAYS tip my stylists $40-50 bucks - She got $15. No product was used on my hair expect shampoo and conditioner. I left with my hair looking limp and flat. MAJORLY disappointed with my experience at this salon.

Awful experience, all-around!. I actually had an appointment with Alter Ego, Blis' sister salon, but couldn't find them on here. When I called to make my appointment, the receptionist, Carmen, was quite rude & not very helpful at all. When I sat down for my hair appointment, no one offered me anything to drink, so I asked for a coke. I spent over $100 in their salon, & still was charged $1 for my soda, which was complimentary @ other salons I had been to. My color was just ok. The highlights, done by Ashley, were very stripey & not blended. I will never return to Alter Ego, or Blis, for that matter.

Disappointing. Did not get greeted with someone asking me if I wanted something to drink as in the video but that didn't bother me so much. I did not have one, not one product used on my hair except for shampoo and conditioner. Not a gel, a mousse, something for shine, something for holding the style, nothing. I did not even have a curling iron used on my hair to complete the styling. When I left I liked the cut. Thirty min. later my hair looked awful. I realized that no products had been used on my hair. I also found that I had a few bangs which I did not want! I'm spending more money to get 'this' straightened out.

Great Salon. I would recommend Heather at Blis to anyone! My hair is extremely hard to work with and she is the best stylist in Charlotte! Great with color and cut!
