I have been taking my 5 dogs to Jenny for a few years now.

My dogs are always very happy to go in and very happy when I pick them up.

She consistently does a great job on them and her prices are extremely reasonable.

I give them 5 STARS!!

Highly recommend The Groomery!!!

Great with my dog. I have been taking my 6 pound dog (Pomeranian/Yorkie mix) to the Groomery for 5 years. He has the thick undercoat of the pom but long hair of the yorkie that makes him difficult to groom but they always make him look adorable. I feel their price is a fair price for all they do.

New Groomer. A new gromer will be starting at the Groomery. Her name is Danielle. She has groomed my Bichon privately for years. She is the best of the best. My dog had had some bad experiences before with groomers and was very skiddish but Danielle has been great with her. You and your dog will love Danielle!

Don't waste your gas. I took my dog there twice. First time, fabulous, as described. The second time, they completely butchered her. Same groomer, but used the electric clippers, nicked her in several places, did NOT pluck ears, and then effectively stole her collar. When I noticed her missing collar when I got home, I asked them to mail it (45 miles round trip for a collar is a lot), and though they agreed, it never came. Terrible- will never go back.

Best Pet Grooming. The Groomery

Jenny, the owner, is FANSTASIC! My Bichon Abby had a very bad experience with a groomer when we lived in Florida wich made her apprehensive and nippy when being groomed. Jenny, with her tenderness, self confidence and patience was able to calm Abby and build a trust. Each time I've taken her there I've seen Abby clam down and trust her more and more. Jenny is now one of Abby's "friends". You like me love your little 4 paws as one of the family so it's very comforting to know you can trust your loved one to Jenny and her staff, she IS a jewel!

Best dog groomer for my toy poodles, takes great care of pets and owners.. Jenny is the best toy poodle groomer I have found. I have her do a puppy cut on my 5 poodles because they weigh between 4 and 15 pounds. I have tried about ten other groomers because she is in Waxhaw and I live in Concord and the trip to her shop one way takes almost one hour. She makes my poodles fluffier and does a better cut than any other groomer I have tried. Some groomers just cut them short and shave their legs. She combs them out until they are all fluffy and then scissor cuts their body, legs, and top knots to perfection. She treats my dogs like they were her own. Her shop is clean and open so you can see where your dog will actually be groomed. She doesn't take your dog into some mysterious back room that you don't see. She works on all breeds and sizes and takes great pride in the work she does. Her prices are better than the other groomers I have tried too. She and her co-worker are kind, courteous, caring, and the best groomers I have found. I know my dogs will be well taken care of and come out looking like show poodles.
