You get what you pay for. I have been going to this salon for years. The owner, Ivan, is awesome. He is very patient and takes his time to really listen to what you want. He even had me look at magazines with him to show him exactly what I wanted. I've also used Lauren, who works there. She's amazing and truely talented.
Love it!. I've been going here for two years and I love it! I've never had a stylist who was so friendly and fun to chat with. He's even stayed late so I could come after work. I have super curly hair that's difficult to deal with and takes forever to style. I've always been thrilled with the results!
Snobby!!!. I decided to stop by this salon (after I dropped off some stuff at the dry cleaners next door) and what an experience. As I approached the front desk, a woman walked towards me with a "what are you doing here?" look on her face and asked "can I help you?" I saw her look me up and down and at that moment, I thought I was at SouthPark Mall. She made me feel out of place without my armor of Louis Vuitton purse and Armani dress. She made no attempt to make me feel welcomed, but instead waited for me to ask another question. I asked for a service list and she said they didn't have any. So, I looked around like a typical newbee and noticed that there was only one hairstylist styling his client's hair. I wonder why they're not that busy.....hmmm. The decor was cold and bland, as if they were trying too hard---just like the woman who "helped" me.
