So Glad I Did!

I recently moved to the area and was in need of a stylist. I went online and researched my area and found Untangled close by, made an appointment, so glad I did. I enjoyed the open environment and the staff. I felt no pressure and left very pleased with my hair service. I booked follow up appointments and will be recommending them to my friends and family. Untangled Salon actually listens and delivers what is only a great service. Thank you!

I went to Untangled Salon and saw Erika. I have very thin and limp hair that usually won't so anything i want it to! Erika took her time and sat down with me and we discussed our options together , She gave me a beautiful dementional color that made my hair look so much thicker and fuller! Towards the end of my first appointment we talked about giving my hair extensions to add more fullness, which is something i have never thought of before! Within two days i had a beautiful hair color and thicker hair that i just absolutely love!!! All of the girls at Untangled Salon were so much fun and i cannot wait to go back!!

I have been going to Untangled for about 2 years, and they are the only ones I will trust with my hair. I have had everything done from highlights to extensions, and the quality of their services is unsurpassed. I am shocked every time I leave the salon with how awesome I look for such an affordable price. I just love Lori and all of the girls there. They rock!

I would not recommend this salon

I WAS a LOYAL customer until I questioned my recent bill for services provided. I was charged and apparently have been charged in past visits for a deep conditioning treatment that I was not aware I was even getting. I spoke with the owner who informed me that my stylist is now charging more for her services because of her recent training. I agree that all NEW clientele should be charged more for her knowledge but not clientele that have been going there for over a year. As far as the deep conditioning treatment, the owner stated that it is the salons policy for every client to receive a deep conditioning treatment. That is fine, but don't make me pay extra for it if I didn't accept it or ask for it!!! Especially when the stylist does not leave it on long enough to actually do its job. there are too many salons around to be told excuses for wrong doings. Since when is it salon policy to charge you for something you didn't ask for!! Prices definetly don't match up to prices posted on their website!!!

I started going to Untangled Salon last summer after having a horrible experience at another Salon, who ruined my color and cut my hair with disconnected layers throughout it. I heard about untangled from a friend who highly recommended Lori to me. Ever since I have seen Lori, my hair looks the best it has ever looked and is continuing to get healthier. I have a lot of allergies to certain ingredients within a lot of the products out today, with Lori I do not have to worry about products making me sick because she makes sure I am not allergic before using them. With her advice and cutting my hair off to start over with my hair from the other salon messing it up, I am now on a plan to grow my hair out for Locks of Love. I would recommend Lori or any of the other young ladies in this Salon to my friends and family because they treat you right and take care of you!
