Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!. Going to Bedazzled was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! The staff was professional and extrememly helpful when I was searching for bridal gowns. I actually went there twice, the first time with an appointment. After not finding my gown the first time, I went in a second time and did not have an appointment. But I was determined to purchase my bridal gown that Sunday afternoon as I knew that my wedding date was drawing near. Although the store was packed and there were no appointments remaining, the manager assured me that they could help me find my dress that day and I did!

I cannot say enough about all of the sales associates I can in contact with. They were professional and very accomodating to my needs. My dress came back earlier than expected and it fit great. I am getting married next weekend and they steamed my dress for free. After picking it up this morning, I was certain that I chose the right bridal shop and dress as I had gone to others that made it seem as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to try on gowns!

Great Customer Service and Great Selection!!!. I went to Bedazzled Bridal & Formal after having gone to other bridal stores and I was happily surprised. The sales staff treated me with respect and helped me with my selection with my bridal gown. I was in there for a while and they were all patient with me because I am very picky. I was shocked with the selection they had of bridal gowns and accessories to go with. Bedazzled had such a large variety, that I finally found my dress!!! I would reccommend anyone to go there if you are looking for a pleasant shopping experience and a variety of dresses that are affordable!

Terrible Service. I felt rushed in the store to hurry up and make a decision. The sales lady was pushy, she picked out one dress that she pushed me into trying on. I did purchase the dress and although it was pretty, I decided that I had been rushed into the decision. I called two hours later to inform them that I wanted to exchange the dress for a dress that was more expensive that I had looked at a few days before I was informed that they have a no return policy, which I completely understand however I felt pushed into the sale and was very unhappy with the dress. I decided to go to the store and speak to the general manager who again told me of there no return policy. The manager asked to look at the dress, and told me that even if he was willing to take it back he wouldn't because it "Reeked of smoke". Which is impossible since I nor does anyone in my home smoke. The staff was rude an pushy and now I have wasted 140.00 on a dress that I hate.

great service, selection - you can do everything here!. great service!!! Kristin was our sales consultant, and she didnt tell us that everything we tried on looked amazing just so she could make a sale. She was truthfull, telling us which dresses looked better than others, and why. Everyone there was so friendly! I would recommend to everyone! When you buy a dress there, you get 15-20 percent off bridesmaids, 40% off invitations(already great prices), and 10percent off flower girl, mother of bride, ring bearer, and all accessories. Also $10 off tuxes for each bridesmaid dress(5 maid dresses= $10 off 5 tuxes) And grooms tux is free! My dress will be in in just 11 weeks!
