Great sushi and customer service. Avoid the Thai dishes.. The sushi at this restaurant is really nice. Generous portions and a great selection. The wait staff is always great about recommending dishes on the menu. The starters are also a delicious way to start a meal there. The Thai food is a bit inconsistent and depending on who is cooking the spice and salt levels vary wildly. I don't believe the restaurant is a chain but the atmosphere has the feel of an upscale chain restaurant.

Fresh, Flavorful and Fabulous!. OUTSTANDING! Of all sushi restaurants in and around the CLT area (let alone restaurants in general) Eez Fusion should rank on the top of anyone's list. Never have I had better sushi...as fresh, as flavorful or as filling. Looking for an amazing spicy tuna roll? The Volcanic roll is sure to satisfy. Dining for 2-3 and looking for a complimentary variety? Order the edamame for your app, then the Volcanic, Doug's Fillet and Cucumber Fantasy...WOW! Atmosphere is not only accomodating for families, but also for Cosmo-Young Professionals. Planning to go on a Friday or Saturday night...check in with the hostess and Eez will call your cell phone when your table is ready, allowing any wait you experience to be accomodated by the offering of shops in Birkdale.
