OK food at best and horrible service from teenagers posing as managers. The food is alright, and because I live so close I'll sometimes order, but if I have any extra time I always drive the extra five minutes for better food. Pizza is tolerable, but nothing to write home about and DEFINITELY NOT the best NY style pizza in Charlotte as they claims...that would be Louisa's in my opinion. Other items on the menu and fine but lacking in real flavor....just enough to be eatable. The service....well if you like being waited on by teenagers with an attitude then you'll LOVE this place....particularly when you have an issue and the "manager" is nothing more than another bit***y school girl with no concept of customer service or running a business (which to the owner is btw what they are doing when you deem them a manager). After my last visit for mediocre food and run in with the teeny-bopper with tude posing as a manager...I think I'm done...but feel free to see how long your patience lasts!

Delicious Pizza, Great Employees. My family absolutely LOVED the pizza here. It was very tasty. The staff could have been a little bit more observant and helpful -- they were not very knowledgable about the menu and I had to ask for my kids refills a few times. Other than that, we loved the food and would order again.

good pizza terrible customer service. Brooklyn pizza is tasty, however,the customer service is bad. The wait staff are very rude and not personel. As good as the pizza is, its unfortunate that the service does not reflect that warm family feel. There are other pizza parlors I can go to with good food and good service.

Great Pizza. You have to try the Noni's sauce.

Pizza is great and is priced reasonable.

We like to pick up several slices and try different ones. Recommended

Wont go back. I recently visted to location in Wesley Chapel. The service was awful. They will not run a tab so you can have more than one drink or order as you sit at the table ie. appitizer then dinner. The antipasta salad was watery, I hate that. Spin the dam salad! And the manager was a @*tch! It was about 6:30 when we got there, she turn on the house lights soon after we arrived and we asked if she could turn them off, we felt like we were being interrogated not to mention but its still light out (labor day) She said that someone asked to turn them on, I was dumbfounded. WE were asking to turn them off. she did then she opened the blinds next to us and the sun was shining in our eyes.

I am a very good cook and when I go out I want to have service. I dont want to fight with some 22 year old. I will never go back.

Horrified. We were horrified when we picked up dinner for the family to find a FLY in our chicken parm.

Worse was the reaction we got from both the assistant mgr and mgr. They were very indifferent to the complaint. The mgr actually said they can't control flying insects getting In the food.

If they cannot control the cleanness or integrity of the food That is just a lazy response and one which all patrons shoukd be concerned about.

Good pizza--worst staff ever. We went here shortly after it opened and loved the pizza but walked away thinking it was probably the rudest and laziest staff we'd ever seen. We went back recently to give it another chance after a few years and the staff was even worse. Granted, the pizza is good but the 'wait' staff is exceedingly rude and lazy. We'll continue patronizing Wolfman and/or Hawthorne's and never go back again.

AWESOME!. this is my dad pizza place =] im his daughter and i just wanted to come and support him and his place so EVERYONE PLZ GO TO BROOKLYN PIZZA PARLOR! its very nice and i love all of the employees my dad hired. we have a lot of fun and im sure anyone would like it!! unless u like that pizza thats little sloppy and with no sauce,,,,. u wud hate it... lol =] thx to everyone who rated a good rating!!

Awesome. I just moved to Charlotte from NY and a friend of mine recommended this place. I tried it for the first time this past weekend. The pizza is great. The staff was also very friendly and kept checking on us. I will definitely be going back.

not ood at all, save your money. this wasnt pizza. it was so bad it prompted me to go out of my way and write this review. For me Luigi's pizza is much better and the standerd for good pizza
