We have been regulars of Michael's since they opened in 2007. At first, we were HIGHLY disappointed with the service - went in twice and it was wretched both times but the food was great. We
mentioned the situation to the owner and said we had no intentions on coming back. She apologized and invited us back in mentioned she was going to work with training the servers. We came back in a few weeks later for one last try and were very impressed. The owner was sure to stop back by our table and make sure everything was satisfactory.
Since then, she checks in with us every time we are there and even has Michael come out from time to time. We also bring all of our out-of-town visitors in and they are always impressed.
We recommend the Spinach and Artichoke Dip - by far the best you'll ever find. The Jamaican Me Crazy Platter is also a real treat, great size for a meal for 2 or even 3.…
