I've bought several homes and hired numerous inspectors and I've never seen anyone look over a home with such professionalism and detail. He found a small roof leak way over in the corner of the attic, rotted wood in the farthest and tightest corner of the crawlspace, problems inside the electrical panel. I thought I knew a lot about construction, but he showed me structural issues in my home that many people would not see because the builder just plain forgot to install bracing all over the attic. Inspector Paul pointed out numerous small issues that would become large if not corrected. I'll never hire any one else again.
Pros: Absolutely the most professional home inspector
Cons: He charges a little more than some other inspectors, but is worth every penny

He spent several hourrs at my home, digging into every corner, finding gas leaks, a slew of structural issues most would have not caught, was polite, professional, and caring. He emailed me a written report that was almost 30 pages long and filled with pictures, and manufacturers data supporting his findings. He is truely a PROFESSIONAL HOME INSPECTOR
Pros: caring, detail oriented, professional
Cons: is often booked out a week or more
