Excellent Massage!. This was my first time to this spa. Michelle gave me an excellent mostly-swedish massage. She listened to my needs well and was responsive, professional, and warm. The table was heated. While on my back my knees and neck were supported. I haven't tried other services here yet, but I'll be back.

UPDATE: 1/25/2013 I enjoyed my second massage at Nature's (finally!) this week. My appt was with Diane and her touch is very nurturing and relaxing. I was a bit of a difficult case this week and she worked with my condition very sensitively. Having a preschooler I come into contact with my share of germs. I've been coughing and just under the weather nearly all winter. Within an hour of my massage I felt like my body was starting to function better. I'm looking forward to my Headache Relief massage coming up in February.

Great Experience. I had a massage by Corie recently and it was outstanding. She is an expert in her field. I cannot wait to go back. Their location is so convienient too.

Great Experience!. I recently had a facial with Corie and it was wonderful. The enviromnent was very relaxing and she made me feel so welcome. She also had some great advice for me on daily skincare. Overall my experience was great and I will definitely go back!

Skin Healer. I've been going to Nature's Spa and Wellness for a couple of years now, first for a head and neck massage to relieve migraines and now for facials to help clear up my problem skin. Corie said my skin was being overworked with too many chemicals from a (popular celebrity-endorsed) acne product. After the facial, Corie gave me some names of natural products to wean my skin off the other products. Since seeing her last month my skin has cleared up very well and didn’t “get worse before it got better”.

Detox massage from Lisa Brown. Last week was my first visit to Nature's Spa & Wellness and my first Detox massage but I will definitely be back for both. The spa environment is soothing and clean. The detox treatment felt so good from the exfoliation, to the warm mud and hydro spa. It was a wonderful experience that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvinated.

I have been getting messages for years but have never been able to completely relax and get lost in the experience until getting a message from Lisa Brown. So I was thrilled to hear she was at Nature's Spa & Wellness. She immediately makes me feel at ease and demonstrates through her techniques that she really knows what she's doing.

Overall my visit to the spa, the detox and message were a fabulous experience.

Fantastic Deep Tissue Massage- highly recommend!. Joy is an amazing therapist and does one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever received. I have had at least a hundred massages in my life and I am a EXTREMELY picky about the energy and technique of those I receive body work from. Joy is aptly named: she is warm, caring and has incredible skill and knowledge. She listened carefully to my needs and my massage was just what I needed. I left feeling relaxed and renewed. I would highly recommend Nature's Spa & Wellness, and particularly Joy, to everyone.

BEST service and individualized treatments I've EVER had. I've been to Modern, oasis,voci , urbana, ballantyne resort, the ritz, and probably a couple more.....some were okay and a few were pretty great... But I've honestly never felt like the therapist did a consistently perfect job even single time. If you want someone that really knows skin and massage, corie is it. She is not like the rest, trying to sell you the products on their shelf because "theirs are the best for you". She is a skin expert and will help you figure out what is beat to improve your skin. Her massages beat anyone's I've had, bar none. Also, to recommend something specifically, the detox wrap and the hydro therapy tub really make you feel rejuvinated and reenergized. She massages your scalp while you are all ... ballantyne resort, the ritz, and probably a couple more.....some were okay and a few were pretty great... Try the facial and The detox wrap with the hydrotherapy tub and she will give to a fresh plate of snacks to make you feel complete with tea...its the ulitmate relaxation....without all the hustle and bustle of crowded spas...its just you and the therapist!

Don't think twice....make your appt with Corie....the BEST

Fabulous service. I have been going to Nature's Spa and Wellness for about 4 years. I have always had the best treatments ever. I do a lot of traveling and have not found another spa anywhere that has the professionalism and experience as these ladies have. I would highly recommend their service to anyone

Thank you for your feedback, we take all reviews, negative or positive very seriously and appreciate the chance to respond.

As you can see we have great reviews and work very hard to take care of our clients. We would still like the opportunity to prove that to you.

Most, if not all spa’s in the Charlotte area have a no-show or cancellation policy, our policy at Natures Spa is not uncommon. It is written on the website and we review it when booking our appointments. There is a full charge for no-shows and a 50% charge for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.



On December 22 you had a no-show that was rescheduled for December 29th.

Less than one hour prior to your scheduled session, you canceled your second appointment stating you had a sick child at home. We certainly understand emergencies happen and as a courtesy to you, not only did we waive the standard cancellation fee, we also forgave the no-show fee for the initial appointment. We only requested that you pay an adjusted $20.00 per day cancellation fee, simply to compensate the therapist.



Our therapist’s have children too, and rely on the appointments scheduled for income. I say this in response to your comment about a business having to expect cancellations. We do expect them; we also set certain boundaries to ensure all parties are accountable and treated fairly.

We continually strive for 100% satisfaction in all areas of our business. I apologize if you feel you were treated unjust, it is never our intension to offend or disappoint our clients.

Great for Prenatel Care. I am expecting my second child at the age of 40 and suffer from serious back aches. Corie took the best care of me I have seen her for the third time now, and my days are much easier. I will continue to see her throughout my pregnancy and after and I was glad she was referred to me. They office is amazing and there customer service goes beyond my expectations. They have accommodated me on several occasions, due to my pregnancy and having a five year old son on the run, they have had to work around my schedule a few times. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a cure.
